The management team, especially staff members like Hillary and Stephen Bene, are highly praised for their responsiveness, friendliness, and professionalism. They quickly address maintenance issues and are always willing to help, creating a positive living experience. Residents appreciate the community’s modern features, including smart home options like keyless smartphone entry and programmable thermostats, which make daily life more convenient. Location is another highlight, with easy access to I-95, Burlington Mall, Target, grocery stores within walking distance, and Trader Joe’s nearby. However, some residents note the absence of community EV charging stations, which can be inconvenient for EV owners. The community currently offers only garage rentals with a standard outlet, which is slow for charging. The apartments are nice, the management team is responsive and the mechanical staff is top notch! That being said, I've been here for six years and the quality of renter has gone down. Newer neighbors are noisier, to put it nicely.
