So, I had not idea I was a JJill girly. I popped in to see the dress selection for a rehearsal dinner. Tina pulled so many dresses that I was unsure about, but boy was she right! I ended up leaving buying two dresses that I LOVED but never would have pulled for myself. I also bought a shirt and jewelry. Tina really made my whole day, she made it feel like I was shopping with a thoughtful friend. I went home and tried all my new clothes to show my husband. He was also loving the new looks.

Buyer Beware, the Burlington mall location has a discriminatory manager named Wanda, shaky return practices, inappropriate treatment of customers and age related discrimination when trying to use customer seating.

I've had an amazing level of help from Tina at the Burlington JJill the other day.
She went above and beyond changing a size of a back-ordered item from my online order. Tina had to call JJill offices to make the change and was put on hold for a while. She saved me a lot of time by suggesting I leave the store and she'd call me later to tell me the result. And she did!!!
Dear Tina: Thank you so much for all your help and attention!

I want to love J.Jill, but I only like it. Pricey clothes that don't wash well. Many of their items need to be dry cleaned. But I have found items that I just love.
