My boyfriend and I went here today to look at engagement rings. Susanne was AMAZING! She was patient, knowledgable and overall very kind as she led us through the many options that Kay had to offer. With her help we settled on a completely different style than I had in mind that just feels perfect. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been to the Kay Jewelry store at the Burlington Mall many times. Lauren has always been able to point me toward the right gift every time. She’s always pleasant, friendly and knows all of the options the store has to offer, in varying price ranges. I’ve never been disappointed.

I am always so impressed with what Lauren comes up with. I highly recommend the store and especially Lauren to anyone because they will leave with a beautiful piece of jewelry. Many times people have stopped me and commented on the jewelry I was wearing! Thanks again to Lauren and Kay’s !!!

My daughter and I just met Crystal and Andrea at Kay jewelers Burlington. They were both amazing, were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had a bad experience at another location and they have offered to get the ring, review the damage that was done by the other store’s repair shop, and hopefully resolve the issue for us. These two women are very professional, courteous, and I would highly recommend you shopping at their location!

We stopped in to Kay’s to get an estimate on resizing a ring and was greeted by Suzanne who was extremely warm and welcoming! After discussing resizing she offered to clean not only the ring at hand but also my engagement ring. Additionally she was solicitous in her concern for our jewelry and offered helpful information. When she noticed a ring that was too big she also offered to place a silicone sizer to keep the ring from turning. Suzanne truly is committed to her customers and job!

James Interrante and Lauren Hallahan are absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond helping me and making me laugh the entire experience I felt like I made some new friends at the jewelry store! I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else helping me!

First, I had been waiting 15-20 min for assistance to pick up a ring from being resized. After, a rep told me it was my turn, and then immediately looked over to another gentleman who had just walked in. I waited another 15-20 min more. Was the gentleman on some waitlist to be seen and stepped out? It would have been nice to know, given that the rep told me it was my turn right before leaving. Poor communication, poor customer service.Second, the rep refused to give me the ring because I "was not the person who dropped it off." I was IN FACT the person who dropped off the ring. I provided my license, email, and phone number at the time of drop off. I was informed that I only need to provide my license at the time of pick up. If my information was not taken down correctly, that is not my mistake, it is theirs. They did not offer any immediate solution. They would not check the security footage on the day and time I dropped off the ring, and they would not speak to my fiancé, whose number they recorded on the order AND who they called for the ring to be picked up. They said they would only release the ring to him in person, and he has NEVER been to this Kay's before. Additionally, they wanted to order receipt of the ring itself---Why in the world would I have the order receipt containing the cost of the ring? This whole experience is supposed to be a happy one for somone who is newly engaged. They butchered this entire thing. Kay's Assembly Row is a thousand times more attentive and respectful than Kay's Burlington Mall. I will not come back here for a wedding band.

Crystal Lorenzo was absolutely amazing! She took so much time to help me get my ring fixed. She was patient, listened and was so kind and knowledgeable! She took so much time to research my receipts and look into the issue. I will definitely be back to that location to see Crystal again in the future. It was nice to have such wonderful customer service! Thank you Crystal! ?

Excellent customer service from Susanne. Her welcome smiles were touchy and her grasp of the subjects was awesome.She professionally made the best of explaining every aspect of the transaction and made a lasting impression on me.Evidently I will reach out to my friends and colleagues to visit the store and I know they will be impressed thereafter.I look forward to meeting her soon in the next couple of weeks to future purchases.I will also give her more than 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️if I could.
