The woman running this place didn’t know what she was doing. This was by far my worst threading experience ever. My upper lip is full of scratches because she wasn’t able to use the thread on it properly. Even then, she left out significant hair growth on both my lip and chin. She also completely messed up my eyebrows, they’re different in thickness and uneven now.
I’m disappointed in myself that I decided to try this place out.

Went today to get my eyebrows threaded and I was very happy with the result! I asked to keep the shape but just clean them and got exactly what I asked for! Will definitely be back.

I had a very good experience at Kiya threading. I often come here. The service for eyebrow, waxing and facial all are good.I had busy work weeks, and decided to come for a facial. I am going back very relaxed.Keep up the good work!

All the services at this place are amazing. I have known Priya for 10 plus years.. and the quality of her services has just gone up! She suggests the right facial and uses the right and high quality products depending on what your skin needs at that time.

Worst service , she completed facial in 30min and charged 70$. She just applied creams and not cleaned. She can’t even do massage also. First time I went there and this is the worst facial I had ever done.Service: Bridal services

I have a lot of patience but today I left this place devastated. I politely asked the lady threading my eyebrows to get the hairs she kept missing many times. It got the point where I didn’t want to ask anymore because I could tell she wasn’t trying. She kept blaming the lighting which I felt was a terrible excuse because it can easily be fixed with better lighting. My left eyebrow is a bad shape. It was a terrible experience. Do not come here.

I have a lot of patience but I can't tolerate a mediocre threading when I can pluck my eyebrows at home better. It bothered me how the stations weren't very clean. Should have been my first clue to leave. Then I had to ask the person threading my eyebrows multiple times to get the hairs she missed. She kept blaming the lighting in the salon. I think if she's going to keep blaming the lighting then she can do something about it instead of making me feel like I wasted my money. There's still hairs that weren't taken out. I got tired of asking her to fix it after asking multiple times. My other problem is she took off too much hair on my left eyebrow so it's badly shaped. Do not come here.

So friendly and really listened to what I desired! I've been to many threading places in my life and never have I gotten this quality. To preface, I had micro blading done a few years back but since the fading - there has been a reddish pigmentation, the tech was not only able to match my skin tone and my hair but also was able to mask the red SO WELL. 10/10 recommend. I will be back!
