For your support on how to select the best cosmetics for your skin, Kohl’s Burlington has an associate called Seema with first class service. She is very friendly, loves what she does and is respectful. She made my shopping experience memorable.

Great shopping for clothing, bath, and appliance items, especially when you can take advantage of the great deals/discounts offered. I mostly shop in store(s) when it's less crowded (later evenings) and find the checkout staff extremely helpful with figuring out various discounts offered. Yogesh in the Burlington store was quite helpful on my last visit!

I had such great customer service tonight.
I had to return items to Kohl’s and Amazon and purchased items.
The Associate at Amazon was friendly and efficient and Yogesh, the Associate at the Register was bound lovely and professional.
This is the Kohl’s I use most often and tonight was the epitome of reason for loyalty.

Fast service not too crowded. Can't take carts outside. I took a star away I am using a walker and not being able take cart outside made shopping difficult

I like Kohl's and always find great products and great deals, but I felt compelled to share my experience because this evening around 9:00pm the woman Diane working at the Returns counter in the Burlington, MA store was incredibly rude! I actually felt uncomfortable when dealing with her- because she acted as if I was a bother to her and she seemed extremely miserable being there. Such horrible customer service and my return was quick and easy and took her literally less than 2-3 minutes for her to complete because I had everything prepared before walking up to the counter. I understand people are human and may have bad days, but I have dealt with her in the past as well and she was rude then too for no reason, which is why I am writing this review! If you don't like your job then find something else- don't act miserable and take it out on customers because it's not right!

I visited Kohls on Sunday night between 6:15 and 7:30pm, a slower time for sure. I like shopping when it’s not busy. I had plenty of time to compare prices and quality of items.
It was the Burlington Mall location - across the street and the mall has just closed.
I found an excellent pair of swim trunks for my friend, a top for myself, some deep bowls that will work for salads, and some men’s tunics.
Since it was so late, there was only one cashier.
I watched as the cashier checked out 4 people ahead of me- always cheerfully. So it was not surprising that when it was my turn, that Yogesh Kumar treated me with respect, a smile and put up with my process to charge without my Kohls card with me.
It’s hard to find retail help these days, let alone a cashier who is smiling and carefully scanning. He even reminded me to take my license as I was hurrying out the door. Well done!
