Not that anyone is reading reviews of the mall lids before buying an over priced hat from a teenage who has no interest in being there. Went on a Friday afternoon with my daughter on our way down to the Red Sox, my 6 year old daughter, very excitedly said that we were going to the Red Sox game to the person working here and was totally ignored, no acknowledgement, no excuse for something like that automatic three strikes from me but it got better. She tried on a couple of hats that weren't a good fit, wasn't offered any kind of assistance or hey the kids hats are here and was just asked are you all set to check out. Finally found a hat for $40 that kind of worked and was handed a cell phone and was told to enter my email.. said I didn't want to and at that point teen angst refused or do or say any else, I swiped my own card, grabbed the receipt from the print out and said goodby, forever... ,

Went to Lids to purchase a hat for the Women's Soccer World Cup and was rudely greeted by an employee that snickered and loudly remarked "NO ONE WATCHES WOMENS SOCCER". We decided to leave and will never be returning to any Lids stores going forward.

I can't say enough about Lids in the Burlington Mall. My son purchased a hat with his Uncle's initials that had recently passed away. He did not notice the middle initial was incorrect when he brought it home and the manager Alicia was very understanding and stated right away on the phone to bring it in and she will give him a new hat! The customer service is amazing. This is his 5th hat from this store!

I've had issues with having custom hats embroidered to a professional grade on occasion. Not today. AJ at this location had a welcoming demeanor, calm attitude, and a friendly disposition all throughout the process. Many thanks to him. He deserves all the good in the world.
