these products have bad choice of ingredients and they are extremely overpriced. would not recommend anything here.

Do not expect any transparency when you are making returns. Lucy, the manager, will not take any accountability or give you return or exchange options if you were never issued a receipt. Instead, she’ll knock off a large percentage of your return (without even telling you) and issue you a store credit. When we questioned the credit we received and asked for a clear breakdown, we were with aggression from Lucy, in front of other customers. Again, we simply wanted clarification.As a former Loccitane employee, I am shocked at the way my experience was handled. This is not the kind of service I was trained to provide.The employees were also sneaking in snacks behind the counter as customers were shopping. There were peanut bags opened and in sight at checkout desk which really should not be the case when you are handling skincare products.I will not be back at this location.

Don't go to this store as it will force you to buy! And don't expect to get return to your original payment when you are not satisfied with your purchase EVEN IF YOU KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT! So I made my purchase with my Apple Pay and when I tried to return my stuff the black lady worked there just refused me to even try my Apple Pay tap return because as she claimed their machine is not working well! I was like " oh really ? That's not my problem okay? ?" And she kept saying I have to show her the exact card I used for this transaction otherwise it wouldn't work! Now! Listen! Every one in this world knows that whenever you make a payment through Apple Pay it just automatically generates a random digits card fall on your receipt once you tap on the cashier. There is no such exact card if you require me to show you the card with the same digits on my receipt because it's Apple Pay. I don't if this is because you were too d*** to understand this or your manager told you to scam your customers like so! Either way, your store is a total scam. I haven't never experienced such stupid customer services when I requested Apple Pay returns. And I don't know your store constantly did this to other customers as well until I saw other reviews. Should've checked your Google reviews before I go.

Loccitane's lack of modern technology for tracking purchases penalizes honest customers and rewards dishonest customers. This applies to both in store and online purchases. They don't offer a system for looking up purchase history using the card you paid with, and can't look up online orders with an email confirmation & order number. It is quite surprising for a retailer of this size.Additionally, the staff at Burlington should realize that a simple apology or understanding approach can go a long way with an unhappy customer.

Terrible customer service and lack of transparency regarding exchanges or store credit. Aside from the rude and confrontational staff at Burlington, this place needs to get with the times and offer modern-day methods for pulling up purchase history such as: (1) by letting you insert the credit card you paid with into the machine. (2) by actually entering in the account info they ask for when you check out such that your purchase is linked to your account (according to Lucy the manager, she sometimes doesn't enter it if she's busy or not in the mood). Not a great combo if they also fail to give you a receipt and you fail to notice! Please be aware that when you ask for a customer's info at checkout, they have peace of mind that their purchase is tracked and may not even think a receipt is necessary. They may assume that like most places, the receipt will be emailed directly to the email address associated with their account. At the very least, staff should be understanding of this and apologize instead of accusing you of buying the items on Amazon. Although I used their products for years, I expect better from such an expensive and high end store and will move on from them.

You TRIPLE charged me for purchase, tried to issue two refunds which DID NOT WORK. I only caught this because I checked my card account while in your store. For the love of God, get better equipment.
