These guys are pills. Unfriendly and unhelpful with returns, as you can see from other reviews. The online return policy clearly suggests that stores have discretion in accepting returns past the 30 days. This store wouldn’t work with me to exchange for the right size. All new with tags on within 60 days and with receipt.
The test of customer service is how they treat the customer. They failed here and want to try to rely on a policy that as stated gives them flexibility and they chose not to use it. It’s also not good for them, as other customers and workers saw the smile as she said no. I’m sure they gave their reasons. Now I have a reason not to buy LL again.

I called the store with a question about my online pickup order, and Taylor—who I believe is a manager—was incredibly helpful! She was kind, attentive, and such a joy to speak with. Taylor is an excellent representation of the Lululemon brand. Thank you, Taylor, for your kindness!

My kid female (13) paid $64 cash less then 24 hours ago attempted to make a return item didn't fit and was not give refund with tags and brand new item this chain needs to be cancelled. I had this experience at Christmas and refuse to purchase anything for my girls there. Why do people continue to support this over priced shitty store?

A HUGE shout out to an AMAZING Team, I brought my little daughter Olivia last Saturday. Dillan always helps me when I come visit the store. He is personable, friendly, kind, and extremely professional & patient. Brandy was her stylist & made Olivia feel like a princess! The store manager Michael does amazing job with this location. The shelves are impeccable and his entire staff goes above and beyond. Mia checked us out & gave Olivia’s friend a complementary bag.
It’s all about how you made the two of them feel that day. Thank you!!!

This new location in the Burlington mall is absolute garbage. I waited in a massive line that moved by 2 people every 10 minutes. And there were only 2 people at the registers. What is wrong with this place? The old location was not like this. Never coming back!!!

I was really happy with my experience shopping at the Burlington Mall. One of the associates was able to find a top for me since she had a few left in stock.
Every associate I ran into wanted to make sure I was taken care of.

Melissa could not have been more helpful. From the fitting room to online shopping, she helped us the entire way! We have other Lululemon locations closer to us, but we will continue to go to Burlington for Melissa’s assistance. She was great! Highly recommend!
