This is the best place nearby for all of the art supplies you need. They do great framing too, albeit pricey.

My number 1 favorite craft store. The customer service is great but stock has become limited on certain products that are commonly used in my eye.

This place has become a shell of its former self. Being in the Retail world, I can imagine the struggles with high prices and short supplies, squeezing the profits, add to it the shortage of good hardworking associates. We went in there to get a few picture frames. The selection was very limited which I guess could also mean pushing custom frame jobs i.e. the true money maker.Once done with the meager pickings, we headed to check out which is now all self checkouts.Overall was disappointing, didn't realize how used to we have become with online shopping to have access to vast selection, price comparison and hassle free delivery/returns.

BE CAREFUL! This review isn't about the store or employees, who are all great, but the card machines at the self checkout. When I went to pay at the self-checkout kiosk, the machine would not let me "Tap-To-Pay" and asked insisted that I swipe my card instead. This was setting off alarms in my head right off the bat. When I did swipe my card, my account was charged but the machine indicated that the payment did not go through. I'm not sure if the system wasn't working correctly, or if something more nefarious was going on (card skimming machines are popping up all over the place lately). Thankfully we showed our account along with the charge for the shown amount to the only employee on duty, and she told us everything was all set and we left.BE CAREFUL WITH CARD MACHINES ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY DONT ALLOW YOU TO TAP-TO-PAY!!

Yarn selection is a bit lacking at times, but the self checkout gets rid of that dread about long craft store checkout lines.

I hate to give them a low rating but this location has gone down hill over the last couple of years. It's very much due to not having enough staff but that doesn't change the fact that the experience isn't great. The shelves in general aren't well stocked but I primarily shop for yarn and the last time I was there I swear I have more yarn in my stash than they had on shelves. And one aisle was completely inaccessible because they carts with stock taking up the whole thing.

Large store that sells a variety of art and craft supplies in Burlington. Paints, canvases, frames, dried flowers, holiday decorations, jewelry supplies, scrapbooking, kids projects. Prices are quite reasonable.

I recently visited Michael's Store in Burlington and had a positive shopping experience overall. The store is conveniently located and easy to find with ample parking available. As someone who enjoys arts and crafts, I was excited to explore their wide range of products and supplies.Firstly, I was impressed by the store's layout and organization. The aisles were clearly marked, and the sections were well-stocked and neatly arranged. It was easy to navigate through the store and find exactly what I was looking for. The store has a great selection of art supplies, including paints, brushes, canvases, and sketchbooks, catering to artists of all levels. The staff at Michael's Store in Burlington were friendly and helpful. They greeted me with a smile and were readily available to answer any questions I had. I appreciated their knowledge and willingness to assist me in finding specific items or providing recommendations for my projects. Their expertise and guidance made my shopping experience more enjoyable. The checkout process was efficient, and the staff members at the register were quick and courteous. I didn't encounter any issues during the payment process, and the lines moved smoothly. However, I do have one minor criticism: the store could benefit from having more checkout counters to expedite the process during busy times. One aspect that I particularly enjoyed about this Michael's Store was their variety of crafting classes and workshops. They offer a diverse range of creative classes, including painting, knitting, and floral arrangements, which can be a great way to learn new skills or connect with other crafters. It's wonderful to have the opportunity to engage in hands-on experiences and gain inspiration from talented instructors. The only reason I didn't give Michael's Store in Burlington a perfect rating is that I noticed a few instances where some items were priced higher compared to other craft stores in the area. While the store offers regular discounts and promotions, it's still worth comparing prices before making a purchase, especially for larger and more expensive items.Overall, I had a positive experience at Michael's Store in Burlington. The store's well-organized layout, friendly staff, and extensive product selection make it a go-to destination for art and craft enthusiasts. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist, this store offers a wide range of materials and supplies to fuel your creativity.
