This place is so beautiful. This customer service is on point. Decent prices, very clean, colorful. The owner of this store is very pleasant. She gives you great advice for outfits to try and colors to try -- if you want to try something new. . I love both locations Braintree location and Burlington . TY

I love this store! The owner is absolutely amazing and a very strong woman. If you don’t know her story you wouldn’t understand! I hope your store flourishes and blooms because there’s no other stores like it in the mall or any where around! Beautiful store, beautiful clothing and great customer service. I will definitely return!

I went shopping to ModestGirlz on 11/14/22 for a white dress for a religious event. I did not realize when I got home it was see through( not the workers fault). Worst customer service as I was browsing through the store. The worker did not offer me a dressing room. The working associate was on a FaceTime call. She then rang me up and did not mention the return or exchange policy. After I made my purchase I noticed the policy on the bottom of the receipt. So I made further investigations to go to their website to see if I can return it and it states 7 day return with MANAGER APPROVAL. I came back again today 11/15/22 to process a return at 12pm. On google their store hours is listed as open at 11AM. I called at 12:41PM and asked the STORE MANAGER if they were open and they said in 30 minutes. I explained my reason to process a return and also asked if I can RETURN the item. They hesitated to say yes but they said yes anyways. I waited till 1:41pm and went back into the store. When I placed the item on the counter the manager goes “ we only do exchanges or store credit”. Frustrated that I waited so long, I just said store credit and did not realize that over the phone she said she would process a return. I walked away and walked back and told her what I said on the phone. She was not feeling sympathetic at all. She then asked me “ Is the reason why you don’t want the gift card because you don’t want to shop here?” Was she trying to guilt trip me? Or pressure me? I would’ve loved to shop here again if they had what I wanted. Mind you I was very open to try new clothings that were purely white and non- see through in the store. I waited from 12PM till 3:41PM to walk away with 2 shirts that I did not want. Their store policy is not listed anywhere in the store.
