I saw one of the PTs at Movement Workshop, Taryn, when I had a running injury that wasn't getting better with rest. In addition to manual therapy work, she built a progressive mobility and strength program that has my runs feeling better than than have in years. She understood my goals and was able to make the home program work with the equipment I already had. We were also able to address areas that weren't specific to what I thought was the injured area. Although I'm done with PT, I'm looking forward to continuing to work with with Taryn in the small group training sessions.

Highly recommend! Heidi & Brad have helped me make more progress in 3 weeks than I have in 3 years! They do a full evaluation and put you on a program specific to you and your goals, while pushing you out of your comfort zone & past what you think you are capable of! Excited for the next few months of training with the MW team!

I am client of Heidi, the owner, for the past 7 months. She is training me privately. She is patient, polite, knowledgeable about the muscles, serious at her job and have high work ethics. You never get bored when she is training you, because every single session is different from the previous one. I am extremely happy and having satisfactory experience that I wanted to share with others as well.As a result of her training and my consistency, I feel that my body is in much better shape and my muscles gained more strength. I highly recommend her to every one.

I can’t thank Heidi and the MW team enough! I’ve been going to small group training twice a week for almost six months and I’m so glad I found them. I used to have pain in my neck and shoulders constantly which is gone now. They’ve taught me to move in a way that prevents injury and get the most out of a workout. Coming here was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Especially now with COVID they are so professional, so clean, so knowledgeable and fun.Heidi, one of the owners, is very forward thinking and has a very diverse staff that continually pursue more knowledge of their craft.

I really appreciate the approach you take to wellness here at the The Training Room. As a cancer survivor four years removed from surgery, its important for me to have a wellness regimen to stay healthy. The whole process from my initial assesment with Heidi where she asked me a lot of questions, and watched my movements to see my fitness level & figure out my goals. To my continued personal training with Rachel who really has a focused approach on helping me achieve my fitness goals, by meeting me where am at. Then getting me where I want to be. The facilities are really great with a sled and turf, all the modern machines and equipment are available here. I think what I really enjoy is the overall positve vibe that is created here and the results that I can see and feel. We work really hard here! The difference I have noticed is that they tailor the workout to client, and not try to fit all the clients into the same workout. I am down a considerable amount of weight feeling strong and healthy so thank you. More than that though, with your help I am finally able to start making the lifestyle change I so desperately need. The Movement Workshop, formally known as the Training Room 3, has continued to provide exceptional service in meeting ones personal fitness goals. The staff strives to ensure your workout is injury safe and is quick to identify the proper form with simple guided adjustments. The group classes with interval stations that change regularly, make the quick hour enjoyable and never a dreaded workout. You'll find the establishment and equipment in super condition and the staff extremely friendly. You must give it a try!! Denise

The absolute BEST strength workout around!! Heidi and her entire team are incredibly knowledgeable and focused on proper form, alignment and movement. Classes are open to all fitness levels and are kept small so that trainers are able to provide individual feedback. Small group and personal training are also outstanding! The Movement Workshop community is supportive and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

I took my first studio class with them and I loved it and will definitely be coming back. The studio class is (HIIT) High intensity interval training and it was great. It was a medium size class, so it felt intimate but not empty. The coach Brad was awesome and very positive with a killer playlist. The training room is a great place for group fitness classes, individual coaching and private sessions. They offer a variety of classes for those of all fitness levelsZ they will work with you individually to meet your goals. It is a very nice venue in a suburban shopping plaza. The price is very reasonable for the equipment, attention to detail, and personal fitness you're getting. It's a very welcoming environment with all those who attended made me feel like I was part of the community. I would one hundred percent recommend coming here if you're in the area or just visiting for business. There are also plenty of great food options right outside to help fuel you up after you kill that workout.
