went here to try on some pjs and a bathing suit, had my items grabbed for me which is fine heading up to the swimsuit section, but less than three minutes being in the fitting room to try on items an associate asked me multiple times if I was okay in there like I was doing something shady? idk if it’s because of the way I look or maybe because im an anxious shopper but it made me uncomfortable and a little upset to be treated like that and I even responded “I just got in here, im fine” the second time around. I was listening to music in my AirPods so I knew that much time didn’t pass at all.

I was helped by Trevor L. at the Burlington, Nordstrom's and he was so accessible, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, it blew my mind. next level knowledge and skill and kindness. Also in this Service Experience department, Jane, Diane and Minh were very helpful and friendly! Thank you Nordstrom's.

Got a tuxedo with alterations there. They did a good job. They're professionals. They know their stuff. They're good at sales. Not pushy. Quality to price ratio is in a good range.

I see Ken in the men’s wear department for suits and suit separates, and that is not changing. He goes above and beyond for his clients whether they see him once a month or every 6 months. He does a great job at recommending pieces matching your certain style and he’s an absolute class act. 10/10 recommend Ken at Nordstrom in Burlington!

Just want to say thank you to Blake and Enrique showed me incredible customer service when i was stressed about my wedding tux. Enrique was the first to step in when he saw that i was running around with my head off. Enrique even stayed longer after his shift was over just to help me and i was not even his client. Blake on the other hand took me on as his client after a previous employee had mistakenly sized me for my tux. Blake saw that i was stressed and did everything he could make sure i got what i needed and looked good for my big day. This was not just good customer service, but they even explained to me everything and educated me on everything i needed to know in suit/tux fittings. Without a doubt, going back to Blake!
