Always a great selection. Excellent costumer service! I called today needing a receipt from an old purchase. An absolutely lovely woman named Courtney helped me with such kindness, competence and patience. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I believe Courtney is a manager, but if somebody above her is reading this. Give her a raise!!

Bought pair of Nike sneakers, week & half later, left one Badly Squeaking!! Was told there are NO Warrantees!! Buying anything at the store is that your own risk!! 😮👎👎

Literally one of my favorite places to stop & find all kinds of deals. Im guaranteed to leave with carts full of stuff, I was never looking for. Great name brands & prices!

I like this store. It's certainly less expensive than regular Nordstrom. It's not super cheap though so don't expect that. You can definitely find some deals here, but be willing to hunt.

Lots of friends have suggested shopping Nordstrom Rack for higher quality shoes and clothing at discounted prices. I finally made the trip and was delighted by the selection, friendly staff and I went home with more than I planned and absolutely delighted. The high points are overflowing racks of merchandise, lots of name brands to choose from, upbeat music, many clean and nicely maintained fitting rooms and helpful staff. The low points are many mislabeled and misplaced items that reminds me of a thrift store. Overall great experience and I will definitely be back soon!
