Had nothing we were looking for. The one guy working the floor didn't know where anything was. We settled on something sort of like what we wanted, but there was only one person on register, they were talking up the credit card with the previous customer and took longer than five minutes to ring her up, so we left the merchandise and the store. Old Navy's prices have skyrocketed and their stuff is as cheap as ever, definitely not worth the trip.

I generally love this location, but there’s few of very rude staffs. I don’t know if they were seasonal staffs, but two young females who looked like friend to each other, were very hysteric and didn’t seem to bother to throw tantrums to customers. I’m not going to specify what happened because I don’t want someone to be fired, but they should know it’s about them.

Accidentally lost my car keys while shipping in here and the employees were beyond kind and helpful!!! Luckily I found them after 45 minutes of searching but wanted to thank all of them for helping :)

Large clothing store in Burlington. It is around half kids and half adult clothes. Very affordable. Checkout line moves fast despite being long. Friendly service. I bought two pair of mens jeans on half price.

Good selection, nice material and colors. Big difference if you wait for sales weekends when there is almost a 50% off. And these are generally non urgent purchases.

Good products but sometimes the lines are hella long! I know it’s hard to find employees but waiting like ten minutes is crazy! Still the staff that works the floor is very helpful and I always find a good deal here!

The maternity clothes section in this store is so pathetic!! It was one very small rack, with clothes bunched together, and falling off hangers. It was honestly so depressing, that I left. It's really unfortunate that pregnant woman can't feel good about shopping here. It would obviously be easier to try clothes on in person vs ordering online when your body is changing, they should be able to accommodate that.
