12/12/23 it’s around 4:24pm I was there at store only one peruse the register I bought two item was waiting only few people but took more then 25 mins and the table cloths was top and I couldn’t reach I was looking for person who works. Horrible service at this busy time of the year.

I was there on 9/30 and it was the worst and horrible experience ever. Staffs were terribly rude. Also, they ridiculed customers who spent much money on balloons and party stuffs even it is the main business of party city. I will never drop by this place again.

My favorite store to go shopping for Halloween stuff. Also it brings me joy to the time of the year to see people in costumes and gruesome stuff for Halloween. I hope and might be soon working there as a employee

Horrible Experience at this store ! I swore never to go back again here. The manager was horribly rude. He couldn’t explain the bill and when we asked him to cancel the transaction and bill us again he got super pissed and was quite rude. The other guy working was nice, it was the manager who is obnoxious. I will go to Target, Michael’s and Below 5 which are in the same complex for any of my party needs but I am NOT taking my business to this store. Thanks to the manager’s behavior the store has not just lost my business but also my friends who live in the area.

The store staff was AMAZING and would get 5 stars! They were helpful as we put together the 4 bundles of balloons for a party I was hosting.My only complaint was the fact that the balloons were not fully attached to the weights. I had a very expensive balloon arrangment float into space shortly after I wrapped it around my mailbox post, assuming the strings had to also be connected to the weights. Please make sure the balloons are attached and the weights are enough to counter the heliums. Its basic physics!The Delivery was lacking at best. The balloons arrived in two different vehicles / delivery drivers. But they didn't know about each other. When asked why I had half the order, the man couldn't tell me (and didn't speak english). The second half arrived a short term later. Thank goodness. May I suggest you ensure that split orders are communicated with the drivers?

Great store, very spacious and clean. Super easy to find what you are looking for.Staff is extremely helpful, patient, welcoming and knowledgeable. Greatly appreciate being pointed to and brought to exactly what we were looking for. Made the shop so much quicker and efficient. My niece thoroughly enjoyed the pack of kazoos and animal balloon kit with instruction booklet. Thank you so much.

Helpful over the phone as well as in-store. The manager, Tina, wants to make sure all shoppers feel welcome and taken care of. She gets customer service :)

I bought nye decoration on 12/30/22 and once I got a call from a few of my friends that they have tested positive and can’t make it to the party I went to return the decoration the next day. The manager of the store won’t give me a full refund with the receipt instead she offered me a store credit. This is unfortunate that this company doesn’t understand that what Covid has done. What will I do with the store credit. I should have been given full refund since the packing wasn’t even open . Very rude team at Burlington . The return policy states online as long as you have the receipt and everything it’s in the normal packaging it ok to get full refund . I explained about Covid but they didn’t really care about that . I did my return for store credit on 12/31. They should inform their customers about these situation. Never again shopping at party city . Awful experience

Went for something for New Year's Eve. The selection was amazing. I thought they were a bit pricey, and their Christmas stuff was still full price. I found that odd.

Their hours are wrong on the door and on their website. Showed up to buy some items for a party and they don't open for another hour+. 2 other families stopped as I was trying to figure out where I misread their hours. We weren't wrong, Party City is not honoring their hours. Oriental Trading is a better alternative!

I've never had a problem buying a single ballon without a preorder but last week I waited in line for over 10 minutes to be told by the cashier that there was a 3-4 hour wait for balloons and she said she wouldn't let me "cut in line" for one ballon. That's fine but you could have had a sign up or made an announcement instead of letting us wait in your long line for nothing. Meanwhile there were three other employees in the store standing around doing nothing and nobody was filling any balloons.
