Brunette young cashier is extremely rude, trying to shame me because my fish lasted only 2 years (and probably was a year old when we bought it from the store.) Lots of rudeness and misinformation from staff. Don't go here.

Horrible experience here manager Brian is rude . Was treated terribly I understand having bad day and hating ur job but it shouldn’t reflect customer service .was told I couldn’t return a tarantula because he would be losing profit of 120$ when the tarantula was only 100$ but they take back other merchandise from other stores with no issues? Decided to raise his voice and be ignorant to disabled person , he should not be allowed to run a store with an attitude like that . Should be fired shame on you Petco , customer service said I could return it to any local Petco with in 30 days .

I took my dog in for a grooming thought. I would try them out at first I thought the grooming was okay but when I got her home the grooming was completely uneven and choppy wish I could get my twenty dollar tip back

Shame Petco. Twice i've been told by Burlington Petco cashiers that 'it's the law' to charge for paper bags. Not true. They can provide bags the same as Market Basket does. I don't always have a reusable bag with me when in someone else's vehicle.

My dog went for his first grooming appointment and came back without his toe nail. It had been ripped out by the groomer. Bleeding and scared my 7 month old puppy and I will never be returning to this place. The groomers never even called us. Then they tried to downplay the situation. Advised us not to take our dog to the vet. Which we obviously did not follow and took him right to our vet. $400 later and a traumatized pup our vet was so thankful we came to her to help him. To top it off it was the day of my rehearsal dinner / wedding the next day which the dogs were supposed to be in. Absolutely disgusting neither myself or my husband will be returning to petco. Do not bring your dogs here.

They are charging 10 cents per bag at checkout!!! Product availability is getting worse. A discounted marked down item of bird food ended up as full charge on my receipt! What the heck is up with Petco suddenly. Im not going back anymore. No help in store either! I give up Petco!

I came to Petco tonight to pick up food and some bones for our rescue dog, Jet. The store is huge and has a very large selection, which is great. But this review is about store employee Zach. I brought my 4 year old in the store with me and he was running all around when I was trying to pay and create a dog tag collar. Zach reassured me that he had eyes on my little one and was talking to him, showing him the merchandise, interacting with him by asking him questions ("what is your favorite dog tag we have here? " "What is your stuffed kitty's name you brought with you tonight?") and entertaining him until I was ready to leave. Normally employees from other stores would be on their phones not paying attention or getting annoyed by a 4 year old running around, but not Zach. He made the shopping experience very pleasant and not stressful! Thank you, Zach, for providing great customer service!! I appreciate it and will be back!
