I usually visit the downtown crossing store so I was very surprised by the quietness of the store... In Burlington.
Pros: all one level, great sales ...and the cutest stool for a child's room...I'm currently using it as a foot stool it's a small elephant with a trunk, floppy ears and a tail I obviously love the store
Cons : unfortunately there was no good music...not elevator music but no music lol... Love to shop listening to good music

It is my first time at a Primark store and it will be my last time. The manager on today 7/9/2025 was rude in the Burlington Mall. My mom and I picked out three down vest that was on clearance,for $7 but it rang up full price $16 and he would not honor the price. That is POOR Customer Service.

I left Nashua yesterday to go to Burlington to change some pieces of clothing that I got for my birthday (Jun 17 2025), I took the purchase receipt, I entered the store I chose everything I wanted, I went to the cashier and they didn't let them change only with the receipt, the attendant called the manager and he said that I would necessarily have to have the credit card that was made the purchase. Now tell me, who asks for the card of the person who gave you a gift so that she can exchange the gift she won? This is unbelievable, I lost more than 3 hours between going to you and choosing what I would change, it's absurd that I have to ask the person who gave me the gift to accompany me to the store because they don't only accept the purchase receipt. I was embarrassed yesterday at your store. This is a shame for a store the size of Primark.

Not the best experience because I tried on one clothing and the employee at the fitting room didn’t give me a token and just told me to go in. It was my first time trying on the clothing in this store so I wasn’t aware that I needed a token. And then when I finished and tried to leave the two employees tried to stop me. I told them that they didn’t give me a token but they didn’t believe me so I saw a token left in the fitting and gave it to them. They stopped me a second time and said that it’s for 6 items and that I only had one. So I told them that I didn’t receive a token when I went into the fitting room and the employee at the front was explaining that she always give a token. So I was like, okay if you don’t believe me then I’ll give bring you into the fitting room and the other employee checked the fitting rooms and found nothing and said that I’m good to go. I wanted to leave this review so that people who didn’t know about the token would be aware and this experience wouldn’t happen.

Obviously, the Service is zero , they ,didn’t even have carts to do our shopping , they have no respect for disabled people, even the employees saw me i can’t even walk on legs but they don’t care so any i hade to leave the store without doing my shopping but this is the only good thing they did because they save over 1000$ i was gonna spend it in for stores don’t respect their customers

Alan is a great sales associate. I was so pleased to be checked out by him, He is super caring and is customer satisfaction oriented. Management needs to do better at staffing the check out registers, it would be nice if they were trained to step in to help checkout customers.
