Ima size 9 in shoes, I do a thumb in between my toes to the tip of my shoes for space, I got a 7 standing felt perfectly fine a tad bit tight but once I got on the ice my toes kept touching the tip, so I went back to try and get half size bigger, I took ther machine so size me it brought me down to a 6.5 somehow which made no sense, tried those on extremely tight. Still haven’t gotten a half size bigger since they wanted me to try them out but even tho I know my shoes size and what I’m comfortable with they still wouldn’t just let me trade them in but overall decent store

If this was an airline, they would be grounded by the FAA. If they made toasters, large swats of homes accross the world would be in flames.
They claim to make Hockey sticks n such. In the last 2 years I have been thru 2x Nexus Sync, 2x Ag5nts and now 2x Proto R'S. I've spent more time looking inside of this carbon mess than watching my 14 year old son. use it. I probably have a mini masters in material science and structural design at this junction. So here is a sad but accurate assessment. All carbon sticks are about the same at the retail level, $#@$ or some derivative of it. Purely hand-made carbon sticks... a work of wonder. These mass-produced Thai or Chinese ones by Bauer are on par with animal excrement. Please save your sanity. Build your own, buy a wood stick, or at least have it hand built by someone who knows what they are doing. "M (B)oron infused Carbon" what a load of horse poo. ?

This place is amazing, has a ton of equipment for all your hockey needs. It also has a indoor rink to test the equipment prior to purchase. Would 100% this place if you are in need of new equipment.

Underwhelming Bauer hockey store. All Bauer gear, selection is awesome! They have a couple spots to try gear which is unique! A small ice surface to actually skate!

Today I visited and was extremely disappointed with the chaos at the store. There were numerous attempts to get someone to help but it never materialized until I had to stop a senior looking person and let him know how frustrating the over thirty minutes of wasted time has been. He was very defensive and told me that there are all these other people waiting and they have come before us, which was completely wrong. He asked my son to stay in front of the check out desk so they can see him and attend to us. I saw many people just helplessly waiting. I did two rounds and found only two staff members actively working with customers. One of the customers was may be a VIP with whom one staff was continuously engaged. I found four to five other staff walking around, talking on the phone, rearranging stuff or were coming in and out of the backroom. While the customer lineup kept getting longer.Whoever manages the store has no concept of customer management. Staff are nice and knowledgeable. But they can only satisfy customer needs if the management and systems allow them. Instead of serving individuals for hours, doing non-urgent tasks, and hiding in the back room, they should be all hands on deck when there is a surge of customers. They should institute number system to address first come first serve, and institute appointments during non-busy times for fitting and long durations.I will check twice next time before going.I give the service ZERO rating in the absence of negative numbers. Did not meet my expectations at all.

Went to go get my skates sharpened, went on the ice the next day and didn’t have any edge. was gliding when i went to stop.
