The unit needed to be sold after my mom's death. This was my first experience in selling a property and it was overwhelming and complicated with legal issues, probate, physical condition in need of repair and renovation, and emotional issues.
Vicky was so knowledgeable and professional yet also very caring and concerned for what was best for me.

Vicky showed me other properties, that were comparable, but were in newly renovated condition and helped me to understand the impact of condition on market value.

Vicky brought in contractors to give estimates and advice on what repairs would be needed or for total renovation. She is very experienced spent time to explain the pros and cons of the various options available for selling. Vicky also gave me information and contacts for dealing with the overwhelming amount of stuff in the unit.

Vicky was really knowledgeable about all the issues for vetting buyers and carefully evaluating offers. Throughout the process I always felt that Vicky was more interested in my comfort, understanding, and in allaying my fears and anxieties and supportinfg my decisions than in her own profit. Vicky was extremely knowledgeable about what to check for in offers and in contracts.
