Worst bank everThey dont know how to perform basic paymentsI went to the counter and ask to pay my loan.. the girl was clueless.. asking 3 different people how to do it.. finally i gave her the money … , a month after i get a call from them saying that im past due 1 month.. have no ideea where she made my payment lost 250$ as i dont have the receipt anymore to get my money back… beware avoid this bank… total trash!!How the hell you go to college 3-4 years .. get out with debt and still cant perform basic bank transactions… plain stupid!!

Ms. Patricia Knight is excellent Banker. She is so helpful with kindness. She was teach me how to cheque deposit by online and save your time. No one teach me since I have a/c with this bank with some other locations I used. Only She is deserved. I missed her.

Amazing service. I was in for a wire transfer. In and out in 10 minutes. Patricia and Seem a were super friendly and knowledgeable! Will use that branch again.

I have never been treated as poorly at a bank as I have here by the then branch manager and small business banking “specialist”. All they do is talk down to you. Stay away.

I waited 12 minutes for someone to come up to the window only for them to tell me it would be a few minutes. It's been 10 minutes since then and I'm still sitting here currently waiting

Went to drive through banking. I waited over 10 minutes for someone to even to come over to attend to me. The teller was very nice once she finally did come to me. I then waited another 10 minutes for them to bring my cash back.
