“Our family has had a wonderful experience at this daycare. The teachers are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in the children. One thing we especially appreciate is that many of the staff members have been here for a long time, which provides consistency and stability for the children.

The daycare includes meals in tuition, and they also prepare formula for babies when needed, which is a tremendous help for busy families. They offer plenty of outdoor play time and create a welcoming environment where children can learn, grow, and feel cared for. We have always felt that our twins were safe and loved while in their care.

Although our family is transitioning due to changing work and scheduling needs, we are very grateful for the care and support our children have received here. We would gladly recommend this daycare to other families looking for a nurturing environment for their children.”

“Took a great tour which was informative & helpful for a FTM not familiar with day care. Staff seem nice, welcoming & knowledgeable. Price is also budget friendly as well as one might apply 10% off if it is job related association. My son needs socialization, structure & schedule which this place seems capable of. I also liked the location as 4 mins away from us. We have decided to enroll my son here & hope his upcoming years would be filled with warm & happy moments.”

“To say Primrose was the perfect fit and experience for our 1 year old son's first exposure to school is an understatement. The entire Primrose team welcomed him and our family with an incredible amount of energy, positivity, and warmth. The administration is amazing - highly communicative, present, and supportive. Our son's teachers (Ms. O and Ms. P) are amazing; they showed him so much love, attention, and really helped him blossom. They are genuinely kind, creative, and amazing people. We became better parents because of their role in helping our son. As he moved into another class, the transition was seamless as the team had a well thought out plan to help the kids with change. Our son and family misses the Primrose community so much but we are appreciative of having this great experience before we moved.”

“We’ve had a wonderful experience with Kiddie Academy Burlington overall. We have been with them since 2018, with a brief gap during covid. Our elder kid graduated from the program, and now our younger one is enrolled, who is very happy to go there daily.

The staffs are caring, attentive, and professional.
One of the things we’ve appreciated most is how well they handled COVID precautions and took kids safety seriously.

Another great feature is the classroom video coverage, which gives parents access to see their children during the day. It provides peace of mind and helps us feel connected, even when we can’t be there in person. We also love that they provide meals and snacks daily — including breakfast, lunch, and snacks.

Overall, Kiddie Academy has been a safe, supportive, and joyful place for our family, and we’re so grateful to have them as part of our children’s early years.”
