“I was on a search for a quality childcare program for my then 12 month old baby. I had just moved to Woburn and wanted something in the vicinity. I visit a few programs and despite many of the positives, I always had a list of areas I was not so fond of. Until I visited First Circle in Lexington. I loved that the school was located in a residential neighborhood and off of the main road. It is on conservation land with ample parking (and never a problem with busy drop off and pickup times) and wonderful space for the babies/toddlers/children to play in the back, in an enclosed safe space. I was greeted by Stephanie, who was so warm. She engaged with my daughter and was so patient with me and my million first time mom questions. The entire day care space that the babies/toddlers/kids are in so not have floor to ceiling walls, making it feel so open and large. Additionally, it means you can see into the next classroom. This feels so comforting as a parent- to know that all teachers can see one another and the kids already are familiar with the teachers and children in the next class that they transition into. The staff are all so warm, caring, loving and skilled. It was a difficult transition for me (and my little!) but I knew she was safe and cared for and it made the transition easier. My daughter is now in her last year at First Circle and my newborn has been there since 3 months. I am so very thankful for both of their care and for their development in each of their class. Look no further- this is the best childcare program!”

“We love our experience with CCL. Our son has been here for almost a year, and he has thrived in the nurturing environment that the teachers and admin staff created.I can't say enough about how wonderful the teachers are. My son lights up whenever he talks about not only the teachers in his room, but also the other teachers that he has gotten to know in the playground. Whenever I pick him up from school, his teachers always have an anecdote to share about his day. Our son loves the playground in the back - there is so much space and lots of toys. It is also nicely shaded during the summer. On rainy/snowy days they have a large room indoors with lots of space for activities, which we appreciate for our very energetic and active kiddo. There are many creative and well-thought out activities, not to mention visits from musicians, puppet show performances, etc that my son loves. We are so thankful that we found CCL and would highly recommend them to any family!”

“The teachers at Pilgrim are amazing. They care about each kid’s development and growth needs. They communicate timely with me about my daughter’s progress at school and they care about each family’s unique challenges and situations. My daughter didn’t speak much English at the time when she started here, but the teachers were very patient and encouraging. My daughter’s English has significantly improved in as short as 2 months. Their curriculum is well designed and full of engaging activities including circle time, project time, music time and outdoor exercise time. The school environment is exceptionally friendly for kids. They have their private playground with great shades and very spacious classrooms. I especially like their peaceful and welcoming school settings where young kids won’t feel overwhelmed. My daughter really loves her school and teachers. A big thank you to everyone at Pilgrim!”

“I don’t usually write reviews, but for LEAP School Lexington Child Care, I'm making a delightful exception. As a professor myself, I understand the value of exceptional educational care and the dedication required to provide it, especially for our kids who are highly impressionable and shaped by their environments. It's with pleasure and genuine appreciation that I share how this place has positively impacted our family's life. The staff sends detailed weekly reports that demonstrate genuine care and effort. Their commitment is evident in how these are crafted with such attention to detail, including pictures and summaries, making each child feel valued and unique to their parents. The updates not only document our children's experiences and milestones but also celebrate their individuality and quirks. The sense of community fostered by the school is wonderful. We've greatly benefited from it. We've connected with very nice families whose kids also attend LEAP, leading to a very nice community/network of playdates and support systems among parents. The quality of relationships nurtured here, among children and families alike, adds another layer of value to the school’s (indirect) offerings. The administration at LEAP School Lexington also deserves special mention. They are the exceptional behind-the-scenes facilitators of the accommodating experience we enjoy. Their willingness to go above and beyond is exemplified by how they supported our older daughter’s need for community service opportunities. They creatively incorporated her contributions into their program, allowing her to engage with and read to the younger children under careful supervision. She attended LEAP herself and we thought this was a great way for her to give back. This experience was not just beneficial for her sports activity and graduation requirements, but also enriched the little ones' learning experience—a win-win that speaks to the school's flexible and innovative approach to community and education. But it’s not just about flexibility and innovation; it’s also about the healthy environment that these wonderful people maintain. As a parent, I am continually impressed by the cleanliness of the school. Believe me, it's a standard so high that I jokingly say even our own home doesn't always meet it, given the number of toys and activities that the kids engage with all day every day. My point being LEAP is an environment that reassures us even more when we drop off our children, knowing they are in a space that is as healthy as it is safe and stimulating. We are grateful there was space for both our daughters to attend LEAP. The team has my deepest respect and thanks for their dedication to excellence. At a young age, our kids' minds are growing remarkably and they need the best possible environments to nurture their growth and creativity. LEAP offers that, thanks to its staff and passionate teachers. For anyone seeking not just care, but a nurturing, enriching, and clean environment for their children, LEAP School Lexington stands out as a premier choice in my view. My enthusiastic recommendation comes from firsthand experience and the observable joy and growth in my children. It's the least I can do to support a place that gives so much to our little ones every day.I hope you send your kids to LEAP!Sincerely,A proud parent of one LEAP graduate, and one currently enrolled.”
