There is a customer service issue in this store. I have met some helpful people at times but I feel more recently customer service is lousy. I recently went and bought a dry shampoo. I had been wanting to try. It was the same price on-line but I wanted to go into the store because so many stores are going out of business because of on-line shopping. I bought my product from a girl at the door who checked me out with a small hand held machine. I got home took off the cap and there was no nozzle on the product. I drove back to the store a day later. I got the same product and noticed the line was extremely long, it was literally out the side door. Now if I was buying something I would need to stand in line, but I was sold a damaged product. I found the lady who checked me out before and asked if I could leave her the old product and take the new. She said you have to stand in line. I asked her why.... She answered it is not fair to the other customers. I said I was sold a damaged product? I drove all the way back? that does not make sense. She also has the hand held machine that she checked me out on. Her response was so rude, "we are not having this conversation". I am not doing this right now. I was not speaking to her abruptly or rudely. I called the complaint line and the girl there kept me on the phone for 20 minutes, and said that someone would call back regarding this matter the next day, no call. The people working there that do not have common sense and not there to help a customer, need to be have some training. I will order my products on Amazon from now on.

I love Sephora but I went in this store and all was normal. After a few minutes My friend and I were testing an eye cream and my friend accidentally dropped the cap of the tester. As she went to pick it up and employee said, " You better pick that up, you need to pick it up"! My friend's response was " Oh sorry I was just going to pick it up". The employee said, " GOOD, you should"! This employee was obviously very rude and she kept being rude to my friend and l so we just left!

I worked with Elizabeth twice here on makeup, once she applied my makeup for a party, another time I got a beauty lesson from her, and I had great experiences both times. Elizabeth is so talented and a joy to work with. She really took her time with me, and is so kind. Really grateful!

awesome, employees are super nice and sweet. Kinda wish they had more stocked, glow recipe toner was all out and only had one mini left. Rare Beauty liquid blushes were almost out of stock but thankfully had the liquid blush shade I wanted, (happy) what I was really upset about is that the sol de janeiro section had ZERO new products. I saw all over tiktok the new after hours body mist and the 68 jet set. They had none of the limited edition body mists either, (do not disturb, when in rio, bikni season. Summer Friday had NOTHING of the lip balms and idk the entire store was empty. I’m planning on going to go Kohls + Sephora because I’ve heard they are always stalked with products.

It is a hit or miss with overall store experience here. Sometimes you are ignored bc sales associate are busy chatting and have an attitude like they don't care and then other days you have very helpful friendly staff so I think 3 stars is good enough. Where there is a lacking employee there is another going above and beyond. Based on my last experiences, staff were very welcoming, helpful and kind! But just like lots of the other reviews. I too felt a man was watching me only 1 time as I was standing in line. He pretended to be browsing the end caps of the line but c'mon, it is so obvious who he really is, which is LP (lost prevention) staff. Lol, I use to be in retail and can tell. Try to be more discrete sir! Other than that, this is where I go 80% of time when I need Sephora therapy.

I'm a fragrance newbie and went into Sephora today to explore some scents for 2 separate weddings - a daytime and a nighttime. Libby was extremely helpful and kind in helping me pick out a fragrance, she made it feel like 2 friends on a shopping trip :) Sephora has so many great ones to choose from, and Libby had fantastic suggestions and catered to my tastes. If you need fragrance help ask for Libby!

I have never written a bad review for anything before, but today I was browsing the store and this employee had asked a girl behind me if she had any questions. I thought this employee was talking to me so I replied politely with no thank you! The worker decided to then so rudely say “I was not talking to you.” Blonde girl curled hair late 20 early 30. I was like haha she was right behind me same thing!” Politely still!! She scoffed at me and walked away. Never had a rude experience before like this in public. Even my friend felt uncomfortable and we both put our things back and left :/.
