Seems very hard to fill prescription here which is unusual for a pharmacy. My doctor had to call or send prescription 3 times, and they still could not get it right. In my opinion, one of the pharmacists there has an attitude. Went to another pharmacy.

Have not had any issues with this pharmacy, aside from sometimes taking a day or two to fill scripts. Staff is always friendly and helpful!

Waited minutes for my receipt , because the register run out of paper ....and they say the system have to reboot first ...so I wasting 10 minutes of my life or more here

This store is on its final leg. When you enter this shaws location there is something about the atmosphere that is just so bland, maybe it's the apocalyptic nature of the store; it's so run down, always has a rancid odor lingering in the air and the amount of business going on is lacking. Management, specially store director, shouldn't be in a rank of high authority at all but instead are better off being pampered reality TV show stars because they are just a bunch of cartoon characters, terrible service. Here is a tip for shaws corporate; do not build locations that are in between market baskets that are literally 5-10 miles apart from each other, this is why shaws burlington failed and will remain a failure. - written by former employee

Today, in the middle of this horrible pandemic, I called Shaw's, in Burlington, to ask a simple question about their delivery options. I spoke with Kelly. I do not know her last name, but plan to find out, to make sure she knows how much I appreciate her. After answering my generic question, and not knowing me, she asked me, "are you okay? Are you able to get what you need? Is there anything I can help you with? Kelly, I truly felt touched by your kindness and generosity in this time of crisis. You matter! You are appreciated! And most of all THANK YOU!!

Osco Pharmacy in Burlington has become "MY DRUGSTORE." Drs. Catinella and Uke are highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and caring.They have gone out of there way to provide me outstanding service.

Perfectly nice grocery store. Good selection of various things. Large cheese and bread selection. Plenty of cashiers open. No lines even though it was busy. Clean, friendly staff.

Speaking as someone trying to call from a provider's office, this is the worst pharmacy I have ever interacted with in the 15 years I've been working this job. Basically no customer service and bad attitude from staff when someone finally decided to answer the phone. The Pharmacist herself was the only decent interaction. The shaw's staff in general was competely unhelpful and had a HORRIBLE attitude.

This review is for Shaw's in Burlington only. I have had no problem at all in the Norwood, Dedham or Cambridge Shaw's in the past years. I went to the Burlington Shaw's. There were few cashiers open and the deli department had only one person working behind the counter so I left without waiting in a long line. The management in this area of the state is not doing their job and not treating their workers well if every Dept. Including fresh veggies or canned foods had no one available for questions. That was the last time I went to that location in Burlington, over a year ago, and I wouldn't go there again.
