Excellent customer service even moved me to another room due to bugs being in it that I seen however, they did move me which was great. They were awesome to deal with and I'll definitely be back and be staying here for a few more days.

This is a nice place but the rooms feel a little rundown. But the kitchens in each room is great. This money spent on take out. The have a large hit breakfast with tons of variety n a large eating area.

Lots of very negative comments by a small number of people but hotel offers a very good value for the money. It is aged a bit but room was clean and bathroom was clean. Nice tight suite with the expected offerings. Breakfast bar choices were a bit disappointing but it was clean and well serviced. Staff was very polite and helpful.Safety: Security seemed to be good and felt automobile was safe.

The suites are spacious but the carpets are dirty. The whole hotel is in need of renovations. Cracked tiles in washroom, hot water takes about 10 minutes to come out in the shower, elevators are very dirty, stains on pretty much every inch of carpeting throughout the property. This hotel needs new management because it's a shame to see.Rooms: Very spacious. Especially the 2 bedroom suites. 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, etc. The carpets need replacement. Some broken tiles in washroom floor. Hot water took about 10 minutes to come out.

We arrived at 2:00 and tried to check in. We were told check-in isn't until 4:00. They claimed the hotel was completely full and everyone was in rooms until 4:00. I travel often enough to know that's a lie. They didn't bother to check the computer to see if the room was ready or not. When we got our room (a 2 bedroom suite), it had a very bad odor (certainly wasn't recently occupied). We did our best to try to air it out, but the windows only open a few inches. We were there from Wed. - Sun. We were told housekeeping comes every 3 days, they never came. We had to keep getting towels from the front desk and putting bags of trash in the hallway to be picked up.There is a desk to work at, but I had to move the desk out to access an outlet to plug in my laptop. In the bedroom, I had to move out the nightstand and reach awkwardly to plug in my phone charger. These are places that should have easily accessible outlets. There is a continental breakfast, no hot food. The coffee is terrible. The machines need to be cleaned and descaled. There is a new Dunkin on the corner, so we went there for coffee. There was a coffee maker in the room, but I don't trust them in hotels. There is a big mall up the street with all the big name brand stores and restaurants around. Hotel isn't too far from Boston, but traffic can make a trip take a longer.

Overall a good experience for the cheap price. Rooms have all furnishing you need l from microwaves, stove, and even a dishwasher, I very rarely see all of that in most budget hotels. Only feedback is the breakfast… it’s quite cheap and over crowded with people. It’s also close to Hmart which is very convenient!

HORRIBLE! Massive blood stains on sheets & dozens of hairs. Drinking glasses dirty, dirty used wet towels under sink/ missing rest of towels (usually there is a set of towels instead of just a couple. (Stuffed dirty napkins. Staff and manager were no help. Staff will knock 1-2 hours before checkout and keep you up. No do not disturb signs anywhere in the building. Tried to reach Director of Operations to no avail, reached out to customer care and they reached out to the director (Neptali Lowenstein) and we were offered only 50$ for the horrible experience. I spent 15k on hotels this year and have stayed here many times and i’m offered 50$ for a filthy room & service??? is a clean room too much to ask for??? I mean c’mon, there’s someone’s dirty sock in the closet and debris on the floor too. The longer you look, the worse it gets. The cleaners speak no English so there’s no communication. Staff downstairs wouldn’t let us change room or give fresh sheets. Only offered clean towels. I rather sleep in a cardboard box outside then at this place, at least a box is cleaner and won’t make you sick. I usually don’t complain but this is beyond just looking the other way and letting it go, someone has to speak out and i’m sure i’m not the only one at this Hotel going through this. If you’ve had a bad experience here then speak out, leave a review and DO NOT STAY HERE again, unless you want to contract some sort of illness or like spending your hard earned money for filth and bacteria. There are plenty of cleaner alternative hotels in the area for same price. Thanks for reading.

While I'm a Hilton member at heart with travel I decided on this one due to price and location. Both were prime, the cleanliness in the details of the hotel could definitely improve. Few spotted area needed dusting. Elevator doors could use a good disinfecting. Overall, not a bad stay for the price. Just noticeable room for improvementRooms: Nice size, amenities include full refrigerator and kitchen setup. The ice maker in my suite did not work, nor are there ice machines as would be at a typical hotel.Nearby activities: Burlington Mall 4 minutes away, very close to great shopping and a large variety of restaurants to choose from.Safety: Area seems very quiet, controlled, and peacefulWalkability: Parks and country club near by

Very sad - poor maintenance, no USB plugs in room, constantly ran out of coffee and I could go on. Upgraded renovations are need for the price.Noteworthy details: Old hotel that need better maintenance and basic upgrades.

I’m a flight attendant so having to travel and stay in hotels is a part of the job. Everything I am about to say was not only experienced by me but as well as the rest of my crew. Total of 7 people. Honestly one of the worst ones I’ve stayed in,and this is including The US,Canada,Mexico,Peru, and Colombia. For starters the breakfast they have is awful…Everything is cold,pre-packaged food, there was not many options to choose from either, and for a place where the weather is considerably chilly/cold most of the year that is well awful.Specially considering the name of the chain of hotels backing this place, Im saying this having previously stayed in other Sonestas and it’s honestly bewildering the experience I’ve had at this one compared to the others. Moving on to the room, the AC has to have some kind of problem it makes these shrill noises and i would of gladly put up with that for one night if it weren’t for the fact that while its on my throat gets all itchy and I can’t stop coughing like its never been cleaned before or even had the filters changed, had to open the windows, all the good that did because more than half of the window is locked.Moving on to the bathroom, which in my opinion was the worst part of everything, I am someone who after a long day of work likes to go “home” in this case this hotel, and have a nice long shower, not only is it a struggle to get warm water, again considering the weather we’re in awful, but the fact that even after just a few seconds of turning the shower on, the whole tub fills up with water, meaning the drainage system is clearly not working properly, because I took the time to remove the drain stopper completely before i hopped in the shower and the water just kept rising in the tub, it wouldn’t drain until the shower was completely off, on top of that they don’t leave any of the travel size toiletries like they usually do in most hotels(which by the way they do have in the lobby)but instead they expect you to use these plastic dispensers attached to the bathroom walls(the kind they use at public restrooms, honestly even those look better than the ones at that hotel)these look like they’ve never been cleaned a day in their lives, with old crusty, goo stuck all over the bottom where the liquid comes out,and I could live with that if it weren’t for the fact that on top of how disgusting it looks, the body wash and conditioner dispenser were either empty or just clogged up from never being cleaned because nothing was coming out, furthermore the shampoo dispenser when used, came out all liquefied the opposite texture of shampoo and with these nasty black globs and like dots that seem to be peeling from the inside of the dispenser like if someone just decided“oh instead of cleaning it out and refilling it with new shampoo, lets just throw some water in there and really take advantage of all the shampoo thats stuck in there.”When we spoke with the people in the lobby at the time all they did was give us the travel size toiletries I mentioned earlier and say“Oh we’ll send someone to check it tomorrow”they never sent anyone for the record.Appalling that this is the kind of service this place offers.I don’t choose the hotels I stay at,our company does and I don’t even blame them for putting me here because the truth is with the name of the Sonesta hotels that we normally book with backing a place like this up makes you think that it has a certain standard to uphold as well as the brand name to keep up with, but not in this case apparently, another thing is the way they advertise it online and the pictures, completely misleading. Even the rating this place has our company can never book us in a hotel that’s less than 3-stars,I think it serves to say that they shouldn’t have that 3.8 rating considerably two, even thats a lot,ONLY because the beds were clean as they should be, unlike the rest of the dust filled room/the fact that if you need a fridge and kitchen that’s available/the location is also one of the good things because its near a mall and a few shopping centers and restaurants.

Considering I am a previous general manager of ESA Woburn it was a very good experience staying in another hotel that offered the same Services what I can say is this general manager takes pride in her hotel definitely I constantly seen staff fixing problems I constantly interacted with housekeeping very professional they did awesome jobs keeping cleanliness of the rooms her assistant general manager was always very pleasant to work with I gave this hotel five stars again being a general manager of an extended stay hotel type it is very hard to control the guests that you allow to come inside of your hotel so the things that I see on these reviews of people complaining are only expected when you have long-term stays for instance the smell I never experienced one unpleasant smell while in the hotel the beds were always very comfortable the pillows as well I switched from one floor to the next just because I wanted to be at a higher elevation for sites and I can tell you the cleanliness of both floors were very pleasant sometimes when you have hotels that have pets you cannot help the wear and tear of the hotel carpet that is strictly on each guest to control their dogs behaviors I give this hotel a five-star with the general manager and it seems that her management does a great job backing her up which is always a plus because it is very hard to run a hotel like this when you don't have a strong management team behind you it allows the manager to be able to maintain her property I also add she had working Grill area was very clean well maintained very happy overall satisfied with my stay job Talia I would be coming back to stay again if I ever need an extended stay!!!Rooms: Each room I had I started on for 211 and then switched to room 4:30 I have nothing negative to say about either room both were very maintained they offered room service once a week was very satisfied with each room that I did enterNearby activities: Very very close walk to the Burlington Mall and restaurantsSafety: At night I often seen police patrolling the area I felt extremely safeFood & drinks: Offered complimentary coffee 24 hours not just that breakfast time they also made complimentary popcorn in the lobby was well appreciated
