Came in to replace my phone through insurance and manager wasted my time talking about it and then initiated the wrong process. I had to call insurance directly to get it sorted. 4 days later and still waiting for my pixel replacement.

Although I was angry with this company, because of a process with the phone that took them almost 5 months to solve. Today I want to give 5 stars to an employee of that store , his name is Marco .finally he helped me to solve my problem. In addition, yesterday I went back to the store to buy a new phone and Marco was very kind and patient and was able to help me with the needs I had to have my new phone.

Jeremy S was super helpful. Had two unsuccessful and frustrating attempts at getting what I needed from Verizon and AT&T with no luck. I was into T-Mobile and out what my new hotspot very quickly.

Waited an hour and there were only 2 people working, busy with 2 other customers the entire time. Didn't even get acknowledged. Had to leave to get my kid from school, so who knows how much longer it would've been! Went at 1pm on a Thursday thinking it would be less busy, which didn't seem to matter.

I bought a pre-paid SIM card at the store, which didn't allow me to activate an account on line. I went back to the store the next day and heard that the sales rep shouldn't have sold the SIM card because an account should be opened at the store. Even though they admitted their mistake, they refused to refund the SIM card and charged me for another SIM card for an account activation. I ended up paying for SIM cards twice.

Only T-Mobile store that is always running low on T-Mobile Tuesday promotion stuff and the only one that has fake one item per account policy. Never had issues at other stores

Went to this T mobile store after they switched to T mobile from Sprint. Had a interaction with the current Manager Mr. Dustin. He was very patient and resolved the issue. Great Service. I had very bad experiences from the old Sprint store there and I went back there after 5 years.

I purchased a phone, and paid it in full November 2020. I then saw the same charges on my bill. I went down to the store located on 91 Middlesex Turnpike. While I was there. The manager walked out instead of trying to help me! Paperwork was then copied, to be given to the manager for when he returned from his break. Every time I tried to follow up with Jim (I believe that was his name) I would be told he would call me back. I did this 4 times, and he never called me back!!! I gave up contacting him, and filed a fraud charge with my credit card company. The one star is against “The Manager” The staff was very nice, and helpful. Unfortunately, they could not resolve my issue. It was delegated to the unhelpful manager!!!!!

Customer Service is wonderful! Jae Destin was so patient with my phone issue and remained in the store even after it closed to help me get my phone fixed while i was on the spring customer service line! Definitely recommend.

I came in with some really frustrating reception issues after switching from t-mobile, and I honestly thought this was gonna be a long, arduous process. What I found was that employees Amna N and Jae Destin made my experience WAY better than I could have imagined. My issue was fixed so quickly, and both of them made sure to check my coverage, my phone, my settings, and everything I needed. Honestly, I wish all customer service experiences were this easy and pleasant!

Jerome and Michael was very helpful. Toyota couldn't set up my bluetooth on my car, and they went out their way and I thank them for it.
