I came to the Burlington Mall store to upgrade a phone. I had to upgrade from Magenta Max to Go5G Plus for the full value trade in credit and the phone was shipped to my house a few days after. A month later, I receive information on an insurance plan for the phone that cost over $30 a month. I declined in store so I don't know why he added insurance. I called T-Mobile customer service about that and found out that he also never even changed my plan, and the amount he told me I'd be paying on my future bills was off. If I hadn't verified my bill I would've missed out on the trade in credit for multiple months. T-Mobile won't refund/backdate the credit difference, it gets applied at the end of the 24 month promo. I think I'm sorted out now but I had to fix all of his mistakes myself over the phone, wouldn't recommend coming here for anything.

Marco, a manager went above and beyond to fix a billing issue that had been going on for over a month. Talking to reps by phone sent me down many time consuming tear inducing wild goose chases. I learned from this experience, always go in store! The store reps like Marco are excellent! Very professional. Patiently talked to the billing department for 30 minutes to explain what the issue was. The in store experience even interacting with other associates is far superior to Verizon. Many thanks to Marco, the MVP who finally got my issue fixed once and for all so thay I finally have closure. I trust the in store reps but I cannot say the same regarding the phone reps.

Went into this location seeking for Help ? Not One of the 3 so called tech' s couldn't help me after 40 minutes, 2 were afraid to touch it ? Ending up calling #611 instead to get it fixed

If you encounter a technical problem with your cell phone, Ridge is the person to see. I had a difficult situation with an apple 13 that required a recovery code and he solved the problem with professionalism and patience. He is an asset to the TMobile team at Burlington and its where I go for assistance. I decided to switch to the new Samsung and impressed with its high level of performance. As a customer for over 15 years, I say with complete sincerity, the reps at this store are the best around, especially Ridge.

I ordered a phone and I needed help setting it up the staff at the store could have cared less. I was told it would take hours to set up my phone and they didn't have the time. I work with someone who used to work for Tmobile she help me set my phone up took 20 minutes. The location in Burlington used to be great the employee now are all rude do not go to this location.

Went there to get my phone upgraded. Waited for a while but none of the employee even they look free came to us for help.One employee literally went to some other customer just came in and didn’t attend the one waiting for 10-15 mins.Avoid this store if you can.

If you are going to go with T-Mobile I would highly suggest you go to the CORPORATE store not the franchise in the food court. Its all about service and Jason D. went out his way to fix my problem even though it was created by another carrier. Can't say enough good things about them. Sufi was great also.

Extremely rude! Asking for help and being told“Lady, I’m going to the Super Bowl in 2 hours.” Then to have a female employee tell me the other T-Mobile location is to my right when the FOOD COURT was to my right.Ageism, RACISM AT ITS FINEST AT THIS LOCATION.Not sure why BURLINGTON MALL allows these kind of people or store to run a “business” inside their premise. Brings BURLINGTON MALL down to a lower class.

TLDR: Employee lied just to get commission.Me and my husband both traded in our phones because the employee led us to believe that we’d get a trade in value of $1000 for one phone and $800 for the other. We go through with everything, only to find out months later that because we have Magenta not Magenta Max we only get half of the trade in value promo. The plan has never changed. The employee should’ve told us that because we don’t have Magenta Max that we won’t get the full promo, instead the employee intentionally misled us. Straight up lied just to get the commission. That person should be ashamed of themselves.

Didn’t realize T-mobile employees were trained to harass people as they walk by. If I was ever going to become a t mobile customer this definitely voided that.
