Cookies are delicious. I ordered Brookie, Reese’s, and plain chocolate chip cookie yesterday.In my opinion they are slightly better than Crumbl. I am comparing Crumbl’s semi-sweet to the Cookie Monstah’s choc chip cookie. I think this one is a better cookie overall. Both are great btw.Unlike Crumbl, they do not bake cookies fresh to order. They just give you what’s on display. That was the only negative.Good and fast service! Crunch-a-saurus my daughter loved it! It’s blue vanilla and big chocolate cookies pieces and the best part her mouth was blue. Definitely a great kid pleaser.

Love these cookies!! Perfect size and reasonable prices. They serve them warm which was a delightful surprise. Nothing better that a warm cookie. They were crispy on the edges and soft in the middle. Yum!! My special favorite was a gluten free cookie that was didn't have anything to envy to a regular cookie. They also sell pints of Femu vegan ice cream which is my totally favorite ice cream when we visit Boston.

The FELLAS here are ALWAYS cool. I love this place so much I wish I could get in on ownership. The cookies are always so good and the ice cream was the best I ever had last night. I legitimately love to hold a conversation with whoever works to tell them how much I enjoy it.One of the fellas last night said, "that's why I work here" ?

My husband and I were visiting Burlington for the day and wanted something sweet! We decided to try Cookie Monstah based on the reviews and we were not disappointed. The cookies are a great size and they are had great flavor not overly sweet like other places highly recommended trying them out!

Cookies were good. Toilet need little cleaning couldn't eat outside. Burlington location because of tiny mice running around. Could be from trash. Since it's in plaza. Store. Looked clean. Would try again.

Actually it was the new cookie place in North Andover…But in general …the prices for the quality of the product???why call it Monsta when they are soooo small for the prices you charge!!!!! Sure is DISGUSTING and I will never be back !!!

Clean and very friendly staff! I’ve gone here about 4 times and tried as much as I could. I wanted to really like this place but unfortunately just wasn’t blown away by anything. I had the strawberry cheesecake and blueberry pie ice cream on separate occasions and was unfortunately disappointed each time. The flavors are good but I expect more chunks of crust to be in flavors like that which was lacking for me. That could just personal preference though. The cookies are good but they didn’t stand out as unique to me like when compared to another cookie place like Crumbl. Rating it as average.

Great house-baked cookies. Awesome local ice cream, they use Richardson's. Pleasant staff. And not outrageous prices, like a lot of other ice cream shops.

The wife, boy, and I drove down to Cookie Monstah from Manchester, NH because the wife demanded a good cookie and heard about this place on Facebook. We got 3 stand alone cookies and an ice cream sammy made with 2 different cookies. Oatmeal Raisin. One word. MONEY. Crispy bottom but a soft delicious body. Just the right amount of raisins and oats. One of the best oatmeal raisin cookies I've had. Brookie. THIS was the cookie I'm getting next time. So much chocolate, crispy bottom, white things I'm not sure if it was creme or marshmallow or white chocolate, I think white chocolate though. This cookie was goooood goood. Chocolate Chip. This was awesome too. Delicious dough, chocolately but not so much I couldn't taste the cookie itself. Perfect salt. Ice cream sammy. One peanut butter chip, one chocolate chip cookie with death by chocolate ice cream. All the ingredients were good but the cookies were too crispy to really eat it as a sammy. We would bite and the cookies weren't easy to bite through so they ended up squeezing the ice cream out with each bite. If the sammy wasn't fresh made and the bottoms had time to soften up from the ice cream this might have been better, (although we did eat it after about 15 min...) but maybe I liked the fresh cookies, I can't decide! My wife says she thinks the pb chip cookie was a bit too hard also. Overall...I would just get a scoop and 2 cookies next time or just plan to take this thing apart. (Honestly I'd skip the ice cream all together and buy more cookies!)The ice cream wasn't as good as the cookie. I got moose tracks ice cream and the ice cream itself lacked any vanilla flavor, and wasn't creamy at all. Peanut butter cups obviously good, the chocolate/fudge in it was goood....but I wanted MORE. I got a couple larger chunks (of fudge...) that made me envy those few bites for the rest of the cup.I'm gunna go 4 stars. I'm back and forth between 3 and 4, and the truth is: the cookies were a 4 and thats what we are all here for! The ice cream really just left a lot of room for improvement. Skip the ice cream all together and just get more cookies!

Delicious overly generous with the ice cream which is great especially because the ice cream is spectacular! I had the strawberry cheesecake and have never had that yummier than at Cookie Monstah!The cookies all tasted fresh baked and the employee was pleasant and efficient!

Delicious cookies and ice cream. I got the Oreo cookie with peanut butter ice cream and it was really good. The portions are large so it takes some effort to finish it!

We popped in here to try a cookie. It was amazing with a perfect crunch and softer center..large chocolate chunks. They also had a selection of sugar cookies and various flavors. We were also amazed to discover they sell Richardsons ice cream! We will return for sure.

OMG passed their truck just outside of Seaport on the way back to the hotel and these may be the best cookies I've ever had. Run, do not walk.
