This was the best and experience I’ve ever had with doing a lease to own purchaseThe rep. Was right on top of everything and very helpful and knowledgeable about the process…She made me feel comfortable thou out the entire processWhich the process was fairly straightforward and simple, and the few questions I had he answered them with great knowledge and made me feel confident about this company and doing business with them…I would highly recommend them to all my colleagues that is looking for financing for new equipment as a matter of fact, I’ve already referred them to two of my colleagues …..

Worst company to do business with. The original deal was a $300 dollar payment and they had me esign a blank document. And my stupidity done it anyways as i didn't know. Erin blaskowsky is just as crooked as timepayment. First payment came out and was $480 and price of equipment cost more than double then if i bought out right. I have tryed countless times sending emails and voicemails and no call back. Have someone wanting to pic up equipment as a repo or pay a settlement for 11k. Lol i can buy it brand new for less. They say well contact them to see about a payment plan. And guess what erica dejesu conveniently doesnt answer or return calls or emails. I would strongly recommend not dealing with this company as you can see by all the other reviews that they are scam artists

I will attest to all the one star reviews as well. They are about charging as many fees as possible even when they have proof that the fees are not warranted. They were charging insurance fees even though they had proof of insurance from the insurance companies COI. SCAM

Don't walk, RUN away from them! They will surprise with you with additional fees and post inacurate information on your credit report. They are a nightmare.

I wish I had read these reviews before I worked with these people. My equipment is only 5k. But they have me paying over 15k in total. I hate them so much. Do not do it. Predatory to the max. Zero stars. Always read the reviews first.

This company has given us the worst time with paying off our trailer. They lack communication and their website is unreliable. They tell you they will get back with you within 3 days, but they don't. If I owned a company that did loans, I would never entrust in this company to help my customers.

All the other 1 star reviews are entirely correct. My original payment was supposed to be about $65/mo. They now charge my card $95/mo adding a bunch of surprise charges. Also, they won't allow you to pay off the actual amount of the item. The item I bought is only $1,200.... My contract is for $3k and that's the only amount they'll accept. This is a major scam!!!! Do not get a lease through this company!!! I learned the hard way... along with so many others!

I’m almost finished paying my equipment off, I asked for a one month grace period to catch up from moving they just took money out of my account and put in the negative. I will never do business with them again. Anyone that pays their I bills on time and never missed a payment I would never treat my customers like this and I was about to get another machine since this one is almost paid off! Oh well you just lost a customer with a 779 credit score! I can take my business anywhere!!!!

Absolutely horrible experience. All of my new equipment cost around 8k. While going through the loan process it was very deceiving. A broker referred us who even later acknowledged that this company is a predatory loaner. By the time everything is paid, it will equal about three times what the equipment was worth. Customer service has been a complete nightmare trying to deal with a billing issue. As someone else said if you have absolutely no other choice this may be good for you.

This company shouldn’t even be your last option. Just don’t! Hidden fees balance increases out of no where. Just don’t!

Fees are outrageous. Customer service will only follow a script. With that being said, if you absolutely have no other way to get equipment, go with them. Make sure you read the fine print. 30 days after leasing they sent me a letter telling me I had to insure my product. If not they will add 44.90 to the payment. It is a no cancel lease, which means you pay for it rather you return it or not. Check the lawsuits BEFORE you lease.

Answer this, why are you in breach of contract? Why do you keep ignoring my calls but sending letters? Why do you threaten reporting false debts.Everybody pay attention to a few clauses in the lease agreement. They overcharge on the loss & damage / insurance fee.And they try to use outside documents to tell you that you agreed to that. Problem is you never signed those documents.Manner of execution: states that all documents in the lease must be signed. Why don’t you call me back Keith Durham? He’s the Vice president of the company. If you explain to him the issue your having, he yells and tells you he doesn’t have time for you. He will yell at you and tell you that he knows the law and you don’t. But apparently he can’t even read a lease… one that your company created… lolAlso, why won’t Priscilla Melendez respond to me? Every time I call in TimePayment says she’s my “account manager.” Seems pretty shady. What’s funny is her email says “Collector”. And if you call in they will tell you that she is an account manager. I wonder when debt collectors became account managers. But she doesn’t even pick up the phone to call you back, or email.Ask her to validate the debt and send you all their records. Don’t expect her to move a her computer mouse for you.Matter of fact I think you get the point, don’t use this companyUpdate:Nice, you respond to reviews. How about you actually pick up the phone and call me. I’ve called enough times. Truth is, you don’t want to resolve this, and you don’t care that I’m unhappy.PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL ME!Actions speak louder than words. Like checkers, it’s Your move. Times ticking

They are crooks........You pay thousands more than what the equipment is worth then they want a fair to market value price payment at the end that costs thousands more than your scheduled payment.......This is something they do not explain to you from the beginning. They are cheating good people out of money and something should be done about it.
