I was extremely lucky to work with Marianna Iatrou! She was so helpful and patient. Marianna assisted me in picking out the perfect spring bag. She was easy to work with and was wonderful in regards to my indecisive personality! She helped me to narrow down the my purchase to the Small Camera Bag and I love it! I highly recommend asking for her when shopping at the Tory Burch in the Burlington Mall.

Jackie and Kate have been nothing but absolutely phenomenal to work with. They helped me with everything I needed, answered all my questions, were very friendly and were a positive delight to interact with. RACHEL IS THE BEST! I had been eyeing one of the handbags online for sometime and when I went to but it online yesterday, it was showing all sold out. So I called the Burlington Store and spoke with this wonderful lady Rachel who guided me through the process of buying an online gift card for the sale value as they don't accept credit cards on phone. She very patiently waited with me on the phone until I received an e-gift card which took about 5 minutes to arrive. She made my purchase experience so seamless this morning. Super friendly and a professional woman. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to buy some luxury Tory Burch goods.
