I guess the Service was fine. Other than when I dropped off my device, I have not spoken to a live human since. A text follow-up with an email explaining the situation. Sad, can't hardly get a human on the phone.

Excellent service. I walked in without an appointment, they had the needed replacement part in stock, and it was fixed 65 minutes later! Both people who helped me were super friendly. I will definitely use them again if I need my phone repaired in the future.

Check in was fast and easy. The work the tech completed was nothing short of a miracle. Quality and craftsmanship is beyond what I was expecting from a drop and wait establishment. UBREAKIFIX was done at allotted time and having so many stores nearby makes waiting for repair painless and easy. The staff are polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Not too many places have GOOD customer service but this place does. I would definitely recommend to anyone with a broken phone.

They quoted a price on the web site for this specific location, but when I arrived they told me a much higher price, claiming it's because this is a franchise location. The company's web site didn't say anything about this and didn't say to call to check the price. Why quote a price when they know it's not correct? I don't appreciate being lied to. How can I trust a company like this?

It took a little longer than I hoped to get my computer back, but their quotes are very reasonable and I've had no issues. They also cleaned my phone and changed the case for a very reasonable price

I have been here twice for phone repairs and have had good experiences overall both times.First time was a battery replacement a couple years ago, communicative and friendly staff, timely turn around, I did find out phone was ready when I called in to check rather than receiving a notification. I originally made an appointment through Verizon and then called the store and the store advised that Verizon doesn't actually communicate with them so best to call them directly.Second time was this week (new phone) for back cover replacement due to non-functional power button, again staff was very helpful and answered all my questions, they estimated 48 hours for repairs, I checked in a few hours before the 48 hour mark, got a nonspecific response, then a notification within the hour that the phone was ready. Overall good experiences and would highly recommend uBreakiFix for phone repairs as overall both experiences were positive and the work was completed in estimated time frame and no further issues with phone.

This is the second time (in 4 years, 2 phones, 2 locations) that I have used uBreakiFix. Both times have been very good experiences. The first time I paid out-of-pocket, the second was under a Google insurance plan. Both times the staff were friendly and efficient - actually nice people.The work was just what was needed/wanted: front screen replaced (both times) and the back replaced this most recent time. They were quick and notified me by email when the phone was ready for pickup.As long as I keep dropping phones on rocks I will keep returning here to have them repaired.

Excellent service, I broke my screen and my home button sensor they fixed it in under an hour and my phone works great now they even sold me a new screen protector and installed it for free. Definitely will be using these guys again soon.

I brought my grandson's Xbox 360 to be repaired after they told me they could fix it if repair cost. I still haven't received it. Nor has anyone reached intend to bring this company and its owners. To their knees to their knees. Stand by for justice!

Great job at the Burlington uBreakiFix. My Samsung Flip4 suddenly had no display anymore and the screen was peeling off. The also found a problem with the hinge. I had to leave the phone there. One week later they gave me a brand new-like one! I was lucky it was under Samsung warranty. So, the phone was well fixed, I just wish it took a little shorter time, and that they gave me the phone a little charged so I can check it myself there.

I brought my tablet to be fixed. Within 2 days they called me back and said it was all set. They said it just needed an upgrade. So because they did not have to replace any parts, there was no charge. Something they did not have to do. This just tells you the type of honest company they are. They are not just out to make a buck they truly care about their customers

On this visit, I was ok to drop my defective laptop that the claim was filed on 11/18/2022 to Asurion Home Plus; that is over 9 months ago! Certain Asurion personnel didn't trust this store and made me to take my laptop to Boston which is not only too far away, but had to pay for parking to drop my defective laptop for repair for a second time!? You created an unnecessary hardship to me and I resent that. That's why I've given you an unsatisfactory rating. And you deserve it too.

Had to use these people due to Samsung sending me there. Worst experience I ever had. Made Comcast look good.Took my phone in originally due to a screen issue and got it back in a day, but soon after the microphone started going.Went back in to get that looked at and was told it would take 8-10 business days due to a 'change in policy' by Samsung to give approvals. I called Samsung and they said there was no change in policy.The guy at the store said it could get done in a day or so if I paid out off pocket. So it looked like a shakedown to me. Wife went in and they told her a VERY different story (and she had Samsung on the phone at the time).6 days later (and after a couple of days when no one there answered the phone), I finally got someone to pick up and was told I'd need to send it to Samsung itself since it was probably a motherboard. Gimme a break.Be very weary of dealing with this location in Burlington.

I originally went to the Salem NH branch the the service rep was absolutely terrible and rude. My phone had a little scratch and he refused to fix my phone saying that Samsung's policy is that he would not touch my phone because of the scratch and also stated "Samsung thinks we are there Tech People" which made no sense to me since you are an authorized dealer for Samsung.I went to Burlington location the sales rep was wonderful, pleasant to talk with, informative and so helpful. I was extremely please with the service I receive there.

Was able to get a same-day repair, even though they originally told me it would take until the next day, so I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to pick it up in less than 4 hours.
