The brand is great but the customer service is inexistent, which is a shame. There is an older guy with white hair, beard and glasses that is incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. When we were walking into the store it was almost full of people but they started walking out saying bad things about this one person, we didn’t mind and still went in to try to get what we had come for, but immediately understood why so many people were walking out. Out of 6 people that were holding clothes interested in buying, all of them decided to just drop whatever they had and leave the store due to the interaction with this individual. We will definitely not come back here any time soon.

I went in to return an online purchase and I must say I was very impressed. No hassle and I walked out with 2 shirts. Quality is superior and Kenny was excellent.

Phenomenal customer service. Told the salesman what size and fit I was looking for and showed me all the available options they had in stock. After picking what I wanted to purchase, they gave me a water while waiting for the shirt to be steamed and placed in a covered hanger. Great quality clothing and will definitely coming back!
