This vision works is awful. The customer service representatives are rude and will belittle you. I called in for my contact prescriptions that I paid for today and the woman hung up on me! Don’t go here they are highly unprofessional

Always rude. Even for pick up they keep you waiting for 3 hours!Had an appointment and every staff member was super rude.Never going back to this practice.

This place has the absolute worst customer service. While I was there, there were at least 3 frustrated irate customers and not counting me. Everything takes forever for them to do. The manager at this location is the worst I. It is no wonder that this place is so bad. Save yourself the pain and aggravation and go ANYWHERE else.

Long wait time and super slow processing. Your 30 min appointment can easily get extended to 2+ hours. On top of that, you receive the most pathetic customer service from some staff members. It is best to avoid this place.

I have been using Visionworks since past 4 years for glasses. Recently, I have experienced a incorrect billing issue with this store for my purchase. I have been following up with them since past 4 weeks, and despite my repeated attempts to resolve it, I keep receiving different reasons from the staff. When I requested more information on this delay, the staff member became agitated and spoke to me rudely before abruptly ending the call.Definitely, I don't recommend this Visionworks office and not plan to any other offices as well given the behavior of their staff.

Got in 5 minutes before closing because of traffic and the general manager said they couldn’t look up the insurance because the system was down but said they could look up if one of the associates agreed to stay to help me. They said no so the general manager said they couldn’t help me. If y’all are going to close before the time on the door then why allow people to walk in

What a delightful experience I had here! Even though it’s the end of the year and the store was busy, I was seen in a timely manner by both the optician MaryLou (who went through the ringer to get authorization from my insurance!) and the doctor. The exam was painless and quick; the doctor is extremely friendly and takes the time to explain any observations she notes. In particular, she told me to be aware that due to my strong prescription, I need to look out for X, Y, and Z problems. No doctor had told me that before—they’d give me a similar prescription and send me on my way. I am grateful to know more about my body today than I did yesterday. Then, when it was time to find new frames, MaryLou took EXCELLENT care of me with an upbeat and hilarious sense of humor. She steered me away from frames that were too large for my face (honestly, the ones I wear now are too big and make my eyes look too close together) so I can really balance my facial architecture with the glasses instead of fighting my natural form. When checking out, she was careful to explain every option for the glasses and made me feel empowered to make decisions. She then printed out a sheet with my prescription (again, no other place has ever done this for me) and said “you are now free to roam about the planet.” I had a great experience here and will definitely be returning into regularly.

Easy to make an appointment online for an eye exam. Once I got there, it was so chaotic and understaffed. Waited about a half hour to be seen. Actual eye exam was very quick but took 45 minutes to check out. The person who helped us was very kind, but took so long to process everything. They kept apologizing and thanking me for my patience but it really should not take 45 minutes to leave after an appointment. I purposely ordered contacts to my house instead of glasses so I didn’t have to sit through that again during pickup. Not sure if I will be returning.

Worst place. It takes forever to place the order and to pick up it took more than 1.5h. The quality of lenses is extremely poor. Overall, a place to avoid.

First time needing glasses other than store bought readers, had my prescription, visited 5 different "eyeglass" stores within a 1/2 mile radius of the Burlington location prior. Marylou took excellent care of me, took the time to explain the difference in lenses, progressives and non, the different lens characteristics and the fit. Looking forward to getting my first ever glasses and seeing what I have been missing. Thank you Marylou for all your help and explanations!!

I get new glasses every 2 years. Today I picked up my 3rd pair at Vision Works. The new glasses came right on schedule. I got an email and a message. The service was great. Mrs. Shaw carefully adjusted the frame stems and installed and adjusted the larger nose pads that I requested.Two years ago, my eye exam (pictures) at Vision Works, revealed a problem. Thankfully, I got treatment before it got worse. I have great confidence in the staff at the Burlington Vision Works and will continue to use their services.

I read the negative reviews but my experience was actually pretty good. The staff really took the time to adjust my glasses so that they fit right which seems to be a common issue with plastic frames. It was very busy so there was a wait both times but that was the only negative, every thing else was great
