Excellent selection of new and clearance Eileen Fisher clothes, shoes and accessories. I was greeted by Daisy and then helped into a dressing room within minutes of my arrival. Two other associates gave great feedback when asked. I scored some great finds!

Beautiful clothing, inadequate customer service-Maybe Boston will be a better experience?My first Eileen Fisher introduction was in the Wellesley store about 18 years ago, friendly, helpful, smart, fun women. They dolled me up and $$ later I left the store with bags of gorgeous clothing and felt so great to have shopped there. THIS and the garments are what keeps me engaged with the brand but this stores team is lacking in understanding what a friendly warm environment, with helpful people is, what drives sales, and customer loyalty.Too bad…

Even in the midst of COVID, this is hands down the unfriendliest place on the planet. Oh, wait, only if you are a person of color. If you are white, you receive a cheery hello and polite conversation. I witnessed it. I received absolutely nothing upon entry. I never do. Now I have had enough. Eileen Fisher Corporation has been hearing my complaints for years and they have done absolutely nothing. Your product is wonderful but I can’t allow myself to continue to be subjected to this unfair treatment. I will never shop here again!!!

I love the company store. The sales are excellent and the quality is great. I find the staff helpful and they always recognize me and make an effort to acknowledge me. I always find clothing I like and they give you $5.00 for every old EF item you return to recycle. They take items that are 5 years old. They are doing a good job observing COVID safety.

There were three people and one customer in the store. I was completely ignored and started my own fitting room after my arms got too full. Even my son commented that they didn’t seem to want us there. It was Thanksgiving Eve and they closed at 6pm. We were out before six but they had to unlock the door to let us out because they’d closed up early. Which reminds me—we tried going last year (we are usually in the area for Thanksgiving) and couldn’t because they closed earlier than their (already early due to the holiday) time. I get that you might not want to work until 6pm on Thanksgiving Eve, but don’t take it out on the customer. Also, this isn’t done mom and pop shop where it’s acceptable to sometimes close early if it’s not busy. The clothing is the only reason this isn’t a one-star rating. The staff, especially the woman who seemed to be the manager, were awful.

There seems to be a theme here. The staff apparently have no ducks to give. I was literally the only person in the store and had to start my own fitting room. Plus they like to lock up early if they're not busy, which I learned the hard way coming from out of town, only to walk up and find the store closed a half hour before the posted closing time. Seriously. I can't fathom why this level of customer service is tolerated. It's not Nordstrom's prices, but it's also not exactly cheap either. Go to Nordstrom Rack instead.

This store makes me mad. Snobby people that aren't helpful. I buy tons of Eileen Fisher clothing and I like to go in there a couple times a year and buy in bulk for work. I always spend a ton of money and I've finally decided they don't deserve my business. There are always at least four women working and not many people in the store and they never ever help you. I could be in the dressing room trying on 20 things and not once do they ask if you want another size. I asked to buy two pairs of black pants just like a pair I brought in a bag to make sure I got the right ones. Bought them and got home and of course they aren't the right ones. Ticks me off. I specifically brought in my old pair to make sure. For 168 each I am ticked I have to go back. I had already been in dressing room forever so thought asking for more of same pant with a sample in hand wouldn't require a try on. Women working are not helpful and snobby. I can't imagine how they treat people who don't spend thousands each trip if they treat me like crap. I'm done with them.
