I went in with a question about my TV remote which was malfunctioning. As soon as I described what was wrong with it, the customer service rep wasted no time in getting a new one for me. I was very impressed with the efficiency and quality of the service.

Awesome customer service at this location! Went at 5pm after work on a Thursday and it was super quiet, didn’t need to wait. Amanda S. Was super helpful with all my questions and options! It made the process very easy and not at all stressful like I thought it would be.

I have had a ton of just straight-up terrible experiences here, and they just seem to get worse and worse esch time. We were promised multiple things, only to be lied to and have to come here 3 or 2 more times to sort things out. Recently, we came here because I got the wrong colored watch i had specifically ordered, it was already a couple days late than what we were promised and when we tried getting the right color from this store they said to return it(makes sense) but then we have to order it again. I was already mad at this point, knowing that I might have to wait another week of something I was looking forward to for this week. I am deeply infuriated, and I will find a way to contact customer support email to tell them my complaint.

All the kindness, all the professionalism, all the “customer service” is only valid for the day they make the sale to you. After that all of that goes out of the window. Don’t believe me? Try visiting the store the next day and they won’t even try to listen to your questions or find a way out of a problem or situation. Extremely unprofessional behavior today where I had a very tricky billing situation with a recent move.
When you are making a purchase, be very sure to be extra careful with contracts. And if the store isn’t helpful, try Xfinity support. The chat support has a lot more patience and is trained a lot better than the in store employees.

Do not use xfinity mobile or wen you switch you will have to pay 2 months they will unexpectedly charge you

Very professional. Best experience I ever had at a Xfinity store. Gina and the manager Julie (I think that's her name)? went out of their way to fix a cable issue we had. It was very busy and they did not rush us. It was the best experience throughout the all the years I've been dealing with Comcast. Thank you.?

I witnessed an employee at the Burlington Mass location (next to Kings bowling) literally shut & lock the door on an elderly veteran that was trying to pay his bill. It was exactly 6:59pm Sat March 30th. Absolutely disgusting. There were 3 employees there. Shameful.

Hector was such a great help! I was there March 2024. He diagnosed and solved my problem even though I was leaving Xfinity Mobile! (I had a great experience with XM but the coverage wasn't good enough at my new rural home). I can't tell you how grateful I am.

Horrible experience with the manager of this store. I had questions about my bill and the internet speed I was getting. The technician that came to my house suggested I go to the store to resolve my concerns. The manager was extremely rude to me, talking down and disrespectful to me. I am furious about it. I'm a Diamond customer, have been a customer for over 20 years and paid many thousands of dollars to Comcast over the years. It was extremely unprofessional for her to deal with me in such manner. I'll never upgrade or extend my service with Comcast because of this unprofessional person who represents the company. It's really a shame because Comcast used to have impeccable customer service, which is why I've been with them so long, until they started automating it.
