“I just tried to call the post office in Forestdale, MA as I had previously requested that our date of change of address be changed from 79 Circle Drive, Port Orange, FL 32127 to P.O.Box 123, asking that it be changed from April to June 1st as we are staying at our FL addess until June 1st because of the virus situation but it appears that the mail is not being forwarded to FL from MA. Therefore I am requestingonce again that the mail continue to be forwarded to FL until June 1st. Please do send any mail sent to Forestdale MA be sent to our FL address until June 1st. Thank you. “I have never in my life had a good experience at the post office until the moment I walked into the Sagamore Beach Main Post Office today. There was a blonde lady that had the most cheery attitude and was cracking jokes about the scratch and sniff stamps that are rolling out next week. She made my day and literally took my package with a big smile on her face. So great.”

“A package sent to me from my dad was super delayed and he was concerned it got lost in the mail. I told him it was likely due to the world-wide shipping issues that are happening due to covid-19, but he asked me to call to check on it.I called my local West Wareham office, and I wish I could remember the name of the woman I spoke to! She was wonderful. Dealing with shipping issues is super stressful right now for everyone, including USPS employees. This employee was nothing but kind, reassuring, helpful and knowledgable. She even told me she would look through their afternoon shipment to see if it was there.I was able to reassure my dad and my package did indeed end up arriving when she predicted it would. Great service.”
