“My aunt has lived here for years (since Avalon) so many bad things have happened since it changed to Prynne. She loves her apt, I was going to tell her to move but I just found out Bell is now the new management team and I love them! I already see a difference with the packages and how they respond in office! I see someone already complained about the team about something that has been broken for months, they only been here for 1 month so that complaint is for the old company....I know Bell cares about their residents! Thank you!”

“I recently moved to Bell Stoughton in August. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire community and buildings. Anthony was my sales leasing agent was very professional and was very upfront about the process of applying to move in. Anthony basically sold me on our tour. The apartments are beautifully maintained and large. I don't plan on moving anytime soon. It's in a very convenient location. The pool is beautiful and was never over crowded like other neighborhoods I've lived in. I have no complaints quiet building. Highly recommend! Katie F”

“I loved all 4 years I was at Metro Marina Bay. It was the most fun, most easy years I've had renting. Not only is the location just perfect, the building is professionally cleaned almost every day, the grounds are always perfectly manicured and maintenance will attend to any issue from a fire alarm battery replacement to a broken appliance within hours. The staff is amazing, I was so thankful for everything David and his team did. The maintenance staff are wonderful and friendly. There are more amenities to the gym, community room and outdoor space like specials/discounts at the Marina Bay restaurants, shuttle to the T, dry cleaning service, and more. Metro is the happiest place to live.”

“What happens when you share a secret? It's no longer a secret.....though, West of Chestnut sits right on Hancock street, right on top of all these amazing bars and restaurants, so I guess we're okay. It's pretty much in your face. I've been living here for about nine months - here's the scoop: Staff: Annie and Devon! These girls make my day (whenever I get to escape my apt - oh, I work from home - more on the apt in a bit). They remember life moments (and that time you went on a shopping spree) and won't judge you for your weirdo husband (I mean, he's out there...) Security on the premise: Steve-O our security guy - I once saw him chase away a vagabond drunk. Oh wait, I think that was my husband... Building: Place is always clean and smells nice (except for the garbage chute, but, that's what it signed up for). There's a pretty large social room where you can host par-tays. Speaking of, every month Annie and Devon have a full event schedule planned out. Whether it's drinks, food, or fun games, there is always something planned....now, as a planner, I know that should not be taken lightly. If you're watching your waistline - eh, that's a problem. At the end of the day, West of Chestnut is getting people to know each other as neighbors! But I work from home and just watch everyone having fun from my window over my laptop #workfromhomeproblems Apartment: Did I mention I work from home? Well I do, so that means I never leave the place! But still, TONS of natural lighting and pretty quiet where our apartment sits. Even when they're partying downstairs, I can't tell I'm missing out! Okay, but seriously, open floor concept, modern and clean so whatever is your personal home décor style, it can work; never had a problem with the thermostat and if you ever do have something go wrong (light bulbs out, sink is clogged) - you have a maintenance team who jumps on it ASAP and gets it all taken care of. If you're looking for a roof over your head -there are many out there. If you're looking for one to call a home, have people you can call friends and literally be able to drag yourself from the bar and walk a few feet home - this is the right place to call "Home."”

“- This is my 2nd year living in Alsiter Deco. It always has been pleasant to live here where the management team does care for you. Unless you are inconsiderate person to other people, you will find here is a very restricted community with rules that prioritize everyone happiness. (Not just yourself) I am happy here.- Diana, Vanna, and the maintenance team are on top of their game. Anything comes up as an issue, things get worked out pretty quick.- Anywhere with 200+ people in a community, there were issue in the past (last year, and before last year, if you find any past reviews) that unfortunately was outside of the control of the management team. However, the team did try their best to make sure the issue was solved. Again, I am glad that I see less and less issues nowadays.- That’s being said, we have great people living in this community so far. Everyone is very considerate of others.- Pet friendly community, I have a dog myself. There are rules for pet and they are very standard common sense. However, a few people didn’t follow which is very unsanitary for a place that you call home. But our management team does their job and enforces the rule. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of our management team.- Both court yards are very nice.- The pool is a little small but it is a nice addition to the community. I don’t use it as much so it isn’t a problem for me.- Nice gym and the yoga studio, they are just enough for light workouts. They are not recommending if you expect more specialized machines.- Rooms are very quiet which is a huge plus. The soundproof is very good. It is not completely silent but the soundproof did muffle out a lot of noise that some other apartments with this size cannot do.- They just remolded their complex so it is also nice.- Trash and recycling chutes are very convenient. No March weather taking your trash outside with flip flops.- Parking garage is nice but it is a little small for our community. But you can park across the street or along the street.- Nice walking path that the T just completed to the neighborhood behind the complex.- Right across the T which is also a plus and very convenient location to North/South of the 93. Even though, there aren’t many walkable stores around beside BJ and Home Depot. But driving isn’t that bad since the radius of 4 minutes will give you a lot of options.- Best management team!”

“We have lived here for about 8 months and absolutely love Elevation. Our building is silent at all hours of the day, it's located near the highway, two parking spots are included, and the building is immaculately clean. The maintenance team is regularly seen, and even the trash room is spotless. The gym is clean and well organized each day I go, and the leasing office is availably daily and very helpful. The only maintenance "issue" I had was a noisy bathroom fan, which was fixed the next day.”

“We stayed in room 17 for three nights. That is a quite spot. The room was clean. There is a large , well equipped kitchen down stairs where you can prepare your meals. This is a great , cheaper alternative as to where to stay when you want to explore the greater Boston area. They have off street parking and the managers communicate well.”

“Lodge at Foxborough would be one of the best places you can call home. The staff really works well to keep the community clean. The maintenance staff, especially Candido, is always on point with anything around the house. The community manager, Jessica, always has a listening ear and responds swiftly to anything the management can help with !”

“When our home caught fire in 2017, the insurance housing advocate had to placed us in a couple of hotels, before we could find a temporary apartment until our home was repaired. Neponset landing was where we spent the next ten months until the repairs were completed. I have to say the service was excellent. The staff there was always professional and respectful. We love the unit we stayed in.”
