DONT GO TO ATT. I had a really bad feeling when i was switching from t mobile and i should have trusted my gut. We were told by the sales rep we could trade in our 3 phones and told how much we could get for them but told not to give them at the time of purchase to double check passwords and bank info. When we came to trade them in we were told we couldnt. The entire thing has been a giant scam, im going to be taking them to small claims and going back to tmobile. One of the dumbest things ive done in a while.
(Update) I responded to the automated response they put under this review, instead of just calling me they have my number ?. They emailed me back saying a manager would call me by the end of the day, I responded saying no one’s going to call, they insisted they would, and big surprise more time wasted, no one called. Small claims court here we come.

Giant scam, wont let you buy phones makes you finance, lies about what phones you can trade in to get a sale, awful service. im not exaggerating.

Recently visited the AT&T store in Cobbs Corner in Canton MA. Their service was seamless and courteous. Highly recommend this store.

The employees at this store are corrupt and conducting illegal business. Cody who is a coward opened up a phone line illegally by smooth talking and taking advantage of my elderly mother and is now refusing to cancel the deal. I will be reporting the store and Cody to the attorney general as well as to AT&T headquarters.

I went in the store yesterday to get help with setting up my new phone, the rep was not very helpful and was very short with me and couldn’t wait to be done with me. I even asked if he had somewhere to go. He said setting my phone up could take hours. I left there and went to another AT&T store and was done in 10 minutes.Maybe he was having an off day.
