I was looking for a phone on a budget and the young man named Fredrick searched the entire store for me. He was super friendly and talkative and I was basically in and out thanks to him. Great service and customer service.

Gerald knew exactly what to do to move my apps to the iPhone 16 Plus. He was very professional and courteous. It made things easier for me not to have to deal with moving the apps over to the new iPhone.

Awful customer service. My phone isn't working and I'm unable to contact ATT support. At around 1:40pm today, Sunday July 6th, I went to the cobbs corner store to ask for assistance and the man working there was so rude and I basically had to leave the store because of how I was treated. If your employees don't want to work there they should find a different job. I just needed to get assistance with my phone and get a new phone since I'm also due for a new one but with that treatment, I will go elsewhere. Now it makes sense why the store was completely empty when I walked in.

DONT GO TO ATT. I had a really bad feeling when i was switching from t mobile and i should have trusted my gut. We were told by the sales rep we could trade in our 3 phones and told how much we could get for them but told not to give them at the time of purchase to double check passwords and bank info. When we came to trade them in we were told we couldnt. The entire thing has been a giant scam, im going to be taking them to small claims and going back to tmobile. One of the dumbest things ive done in a while.
(Update) I responded to the automated response they put under this review, instead of just calling me they have my number ?. They emailed me back saying a manager would call me by the end of the day, I responded saying no one’s going to call, they insisted they would, and big surprise more time wasted, no one called. Small claims court here we come.

Recently visited the AT&T store in Cobbs Corner in Canton MA. Their service was seamless and courteous. Highly recommend this store.
