I love Chicos! they are the only place I can get pants that are my size after I lost so much weight. The last three times I have been in there. The manager of the store has been extremely rude and the last visit was my last. I was With my elderly aunt who is having a very tough time. When I asked her for help, she brushed me off and said I can’t help you right now. I’m in the middle of a computer emergency and stormed away. That was it for me! I’m happy to drive to chestnut hill which is only an additional 10 minutes for us to get the proper attention and help we need.

Had the worst experience at this location that I frequently shop at . Bought a bracelet at the canton store and after first use found the clasp to be defective. Happened to be at the Chestnut hill location and mentioned it to the lady there . She told me that it was a known issue with some pieces and the Canton store will take it back especially since I was well within the 60 days return window . Michelle the manager at the Canton location needs retraining on customer service . Right off the bat she was belligerent and very defensive and refused to even acknowledge the inconvenience caused to a customer . Stuck to her policy of not taking item back without the receipt . Not being able to make the return was not so much an Issue . It was her rudeness and the handling of the situation . Needless to say they have lost a loyal customer at this location . Her coworkers are always very pleasant and helpful and hopefully will not be influenced by Michelle’s poor example on customer service .

September 2024: I haven't had such a great shopping experience in years! Sharon, Gail and Winsome were super helpful providing suggestions and style tips when I came in for some new clothes for an upcoming trip. They really k ow the merchandise collection as well as fit and coordination. It was a lot of fun just being in such a friendly, happy store.👏👏👏
Update: October 2024
What had been a great experience deteriorated into the worst when I tried to exchange 2 of the 11 items originally purchased. I was told because I had removed the tags (which I still had), they wouldn't take them back. They had never been worn, and I had the receipt. Store policy trumps customer satisfaction, apparently. You've lost a good customer!

One by one people enter the store. Everyone was spoken to but I. As I looked around and noticed that I was the only person of color my feelings were hurt. As much as my mom loves this store I walked out and would have to explain to my mom that I didn't get her any Linen today. May I also add, this is not the 1st time this has happened. That's why I chose to write a review this time. I would never step foot into that establishment again. Horrible feeling in the pit of my stomach. Just sad
