Dmitry was honest, straightforward, and enjoyable through the process of purchasing my new car. As an out of state customer, I was able to fly into Boston, drive and inspect the car, and then complete the paperwork to get on the road home the same night. Even a small paperwork snafu was handled directly and immediately by Dmitry, leaving me with nothing to do but enjoy driving my new car. Thank you Dmitry and team!

Dmitry at Direct Auto was a pleasure to work with. I LOVE my new/used car but felt no pressure at all to buy it. He knew I liked the car I saw and promised to keep me posted if anyone else showed high interest. Can't ask for much more than that! Now he just needs better taste in hats...

I bought a 15 year old BMW e90 from these guys. Car came on new tires, updated carfax including VANOS servicing, and the outside was about as clean as you could get for that age of a car. I have driven this car over 6k miles since purchasing 3 months ago, and it hasn't had one issue. Granted, I take care of my car, but there's something to be said about an honest dealership making sure a car is right before they sell it.
I encourage anybody that buys a car to do a prepurchase inspection before they buy it. Direct Auto Team not only allowed me to do it at a nearby BMW dealer (Norwood), but... when the results came back, the dealer said they hadn't seen a cleaner e90 than this one. That's when I knew Dmitry was the real deal.
I couldn't have nicer things to say about Dmitry and his staff at Direct Auto Team. 5-star experience, and I hope more people realize that well-run, small businesses like this one are the way to go.

I purchased my Lexus from Direct Auto Team last month. Due to my distance, I could not see the car in person. Dmitry handled everything and fast communication. The car had to be shipped to me over 300 miles away. Honestly, buying a car without actually seeing it in person is kinda scary and puts a lot of trust into the sales person and dealer selling the car. The car was delivered over the weekend. I was not disappointed at all. After getting the registration completed, the next thing I did was have my mechanic shop look it over and it is as good as described. I've been driving it for the past few weeks and really enjoying it. I would absolutely do this again. Thanks!

Dmitry is great to work with. he made the process very smooth and took care of all my concerns in a timely manner. They do all of the registration in-house.. there was nothing I had to do except pick up my new car! I would absolutely recommend buying from Direct Auto Team!

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DIRECT AUTO TEAM!
I have been buying pre-owned (used) cars for more than 50 years. During that period I never had an experience that was easier, more pleasant and fair in pricing than working with Dmitry, Andrey and their team. I had been looking for a BMW convertible for nearly a year and their 128i looked very promising. I drove up from CT to test drive it and it looked and more importantly, drove as well as described. I asked them if I could take it to a local independent mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection and they said of course, even offered to drive the car there, saving me an entire day and a 200 mile round trip drive. The car checked out very well. A few things were recommended - new battery, alignment - and Dmitry offered to include them as part of the final price. I have now owned the car for nearly a month and driven it often. It's a joy to drive and own and I am very happy with the car. I would encourage anyone in the market for a quality, well maintained car to look closely at their inventory. Thank you Dmitry, Andrey and the entire Direct auto Team.
