Dunkin Doughnuts is horrible.... plus customer service and English lacks as well go to Starbucks or anywhere but here not sure why they keep getting more locations will never measure up to anything!

I have been drinking coffee from Dunkin for over 5 years consistently and I would always get the dark roast flavor. When they changed it to midnight I started getting a shot of expresso in it because it didn't seem strong enough. Well, to my surprise I happened to go to a different location one morning and because they don't get lots of request for that brew, the young lady stated to me that they will have to brew it and it will take about 3 minutes. I said, okay and waited. After receiving my coffee, she forgot to add the expresso so I said, let me try it and see if its ok because I have to leave. I tasted the coffee and Oh my was that the best I've had without expresso!I then returned to my regular location here in Chicago where I told them I did not want expresso, just the Midnight brew.To my surprise, they were giving me regular coffee with a little expresso added. I explained to them that I want Midnight brew and no expresso. The manager looked at me with this dumb look and said, it is Midnight!I laughed and told him, I watched them make my coffee and the pot is still sitting in the same spot with nothing in it!This man starts to tell me how I'm always a problem.I then respond and let him know, I pay $5.15 everyday for coffee that I should only be paying $3.46 for all because your location is lazy and would rather give me something I didn't ask for and making me pay for something I don't need.Dunkin, your quality has gone down tremendously as your prices has risen ridiculously.

This establishment on Federal and 2nd CT decides it's ok to treat homeless like they are not human. Instead of lessening the waist and starvation of the homeless population around they give extra food to customers at the end of the day and put the rest in the dumpster. Dunkin used to be one of the few places safe for homeless people to be able to charge their phones but now they care more about making sure every person walking through the door pays or gets TF out.., as well as putting every last crumb into the dumpster at night while people around are starving. I've lost allot of respect for DD as an establishment. I buy a coffee and am having to pay full price for a half shot of espresso.. When something is bout at closing I am offered nothing. I wonder if it is because I to am homeless so in DD eyes I'm not even considered a human being with feelings in a very difficult position.

Your coffee blows! Everything people like you take away. For instance the waffle breaded chicken tenders, everyone I know loved them they were always sold out but they took away. Vanilla chia latte, "original one with the foam" ---GONE!! To "streamline" the menu so it's easier? Ok but what about pleasing the customer? Instead you take away everything. I think in coming years we will be saying goodbye to Dunkin for good! Too many complaints anymore I hear from everyone. A decade ago and beyond that you were great! Now it's just sickening to watch. It's so sad when you grow with a company you loved just to watch them turn into a money make ng scheme.

When I order the same exact coffee every day for years. I expect it to say the same everyday. And yet it doesn't There is no consistency at dunkin' donuts. The only consistency at dunkin' donuts is the raise in price.

It has now come to the end of continuing to patronize Dunkin as my best interest as a customer means not a damn thing anymore.Countless screw ups of a simple flavored hot coffee, whereas every one, no matter what area I visit should taste 110% the same. Not flavorless, not syrupy, not sickening sweet. My rewards are not rewarding me in the least. I'm entitled to a FREE MEDIUM coffee and I get charged for it. This has happened a few times throughout this year. I can't stand there in the store and look at the receipt as I'm on my way to work and I can't go back into the store because I would have to wait my turn in line. I'd say the past 2 years it's gone downhill slowly. An independent store told me the Butter Pecan was discontinued, your rep when I called corporate told me the owner of that store has the right to carry it or not....that's not right. If they are operating a Dunkin and Dunkin is advertising the Butter Pecan is available then it should be available at ALL LOCATIONS. Enough is enough, I am now going to make my own coffee at home and take my tumbler with me with PEETS COFFEE !!!!!! As their coffee is available at all stores, tastes 110% the same and I'll save money. After I think 30 years of visits, it ended this way. I drive for a living and have visited countless Dunkins...I see why others feel the same. Your locations need an overhall, nobody is on point across the board. My other reviews of Dunkins are spot on, fabulous, but I have to travel to them a distance and I'm not doing that just for a cup of coffee.

I placed a mobile order on November 28, 2023. It was for the Loaded Tots and a Peppermint Moca. I picked it up not even 10 minutes after placing the order. The Loaded Tots were ice cold. The Peppermint Moca wasn’t even Lukewarm. I tried to call the Dunkin Donuts that I purchased them at and nobody answered the phone.I ordered at the store at 2298 Seminole Blvd. Seminole, Fl. I've been a customer of Dunks for 20 years, it's impossible to keep one Rewards Card for very long. Either the person at the register will take it when it's empty, you have to watch them all the time to make sure your card doesn't get taken or you lose it when there is money on it. I've lost about $200 so far on "Rewards Cards" - It's a total scam!Now I get a new card and use it for a year, I never registered it so NO points added up. It used to be, you would still rack up rewards points if it wasn't registered. Scam!Now I go to my account that I haven't logged into for years out of utter frustration... I try to register the new card and it demands my telephone number! The corporate mentality that has taken over Dunkin Donuts is disgusting!I'm going to clear my card today and throw it in the recycle bin!I"m done with you forever "Dunkins" !! You do not get to treat your customers like this ever again!

I can not tell you how many coffees we buy a month let alone a year at dunkin and I never in my life seen such horrible service….. every single coffee you order never and I mean NEVER gets stirred.. all the sugar is all in a big clump on the bottom of the cup.. no matter how many times you speak to a manager about it nothing ever changes…. Do you have to pay extra to to get a coffee stirred??? We are completely at the brink of never spending a dime at dunkin again.. it’s cheaper to stop at a gas station and make your own coffee then to pay way too much for a coffee at dunkin to be handed an unstirred coffee like you are just pond scum to them…. It’s time to start putting these franchises out of business that don’t care about their customer service by not supporting their business.

You told people you would give a teachers appreciation gift of a free medium beverage, I get to dunks and they tell me I have to be a rewards member and I need to buy something. False advertising on your behalf. I bought something but I feel like I was conned. Plus your coffee in NJ is super watered down.
