Danielle, Michelle (the owner), Maka and Kristina have made me feel like family from day 1 and I've even gotten to know some of the other clients. If you're looking for a professional yet down-to-earth atmosphere with great prices and quality services, this is the place!

I’ve been coming to Elle for over 5 years and always leave feeling my best. My expectations are always exceeded and my hair always looks flawless. Kristina is amazing with hair color and styling. She has seen me through blonde, teal, black, and now cowboy copper, she really is so talented! Michelle the owner is always super kind and so so fun! This salon is such a vibe, definitely the best that Canton has to offer!

I made an appt with this salon for a balayage and a Brazilian blowout ( both of which were very cheap considering the type of services they are )so that tells me that they suck and are desperate.. number 2 I called and wanted to put a card on file to pay because my father offered to pay for me and he was going to be working and wouldn’t give me the actual card he even offered to speak to them :.. they took his info but then said no.. I then asked can I use a check they said no… I said no problem I’ll bring cash or my dad will have to meet me there either way I have cash to pay. So the day off I have a bad allergic reaction. ( which was today) I called and said I’m going to be 20 min late ( still felt horrible and throat almost closed ) but I didn’t wanna miss my appt otherwise they would charge me half the appt… so I called and they said unfortunately we will have to cancel someone so right after to u I asked can I only do balayage then and then they came back saying they don’t feel comfortable taking me as a client and that they will cancel my appt and not charge me and basically that I’m a scammer and making up a story …. So I can’t say whether or not they do good hair but I can say their customer service is HORRIBLE and I would NOT WASTE ANY MONEY AT THIS SALON. I did absolutely nothing wrong I tried to even not get one of the services done so the stylist would have time.. and they still didn’t want me…. Well that’s okay I’ll take it as a sign and I will NOT recommend a place that speaks so ignorantly to a future client that’s gets their hair done every other month and spend a lot of money on their hair… that’s okay their loss not mine

I have been coming here for a while and I really like it. The stylist I have (Kristina) is really sweet, and she always does a great job with my hair. I feel so refreshed. The atmosphere in the salon itself is very friendly. You feel like you're in a gathering of friends.

michelle and jackie are always welcoming. the salon has a homey feeling and everyone is always so friendly. often, it feels more like you're having a social visit than a haircut. i love the way michelle knows her clients and discusses their choices with them rather than just cutting hair. if someone who has always had long hair wants to go short, she makes sure that's what they really want before starting to cut. her #1 concern is making sure she gives her clients what they really want.

Gift certificate buyer beware! My boyfriend purchased a $150 gift certificate at Elle. When I wanted to use it to get my haircut, Michelle (owner) took the certificate and wrote "eye lashes" on it. Unbeknownst to us, there is a "hair" service and a "skin" service at this salon. Even though I had a certificate from Elle, it can only be used toward one of those services, not both. My certificate, could only be used for "skin" service. Strike 1, I paid cash for my haircut anyway. I made another appointment to use my certificate for lash extensions for the "skin" service with the other Michele. When I arrived, "skin" Michele kept asking me how I wanted my lashes done, even though I answered her numerous times. She also indicated that she knew that I went across the street to BE Beauty for lash services, her competitor. With that comment, I felt like I was being stalked, and I did not feel her questions were to make sure I got a good lash design, it was more to let me know that she knew I went across the street to her competitor. I felt so uncomfortable that I left the certificate on the table and walked out. Strike 2. I tried to get the money back through the bank but was denied. Since I left the certificate on the table, there was no proof the confusion and poor customer service actually happened. Strike 3. I spoke with Michele (owner) to ask for the money back. She explained the "skin" "hair" thing. I don't want products, I certainly don't want my lashes done there, I just want my money back. I explained that she needs to indicate the difference upfront on her gift certificate purchases with new clients, that if there is a difference her clients should know. My boyfriend and I truly didn't know there was a difference. We agreed that Michele "skin" was the person who I needed to speak to regarding the $150 refund. She was to call me back, but its been over a week and she hasn't called yet. I'd be very happy to receive it via venmo. If you buy a gift certificate here make sure it's for a service you want and can use.

I love this place. I have been going to Michelle for years and wouldn’t go any where else. Very friendly atmosphere. I have never had an appointment canceled and if I ever had to change one of my appointments they always go out of their way to accommodate my needs. This place is the best.Services: Hairstyling
