I found a stunning 14k gold ring here for an unbeatable price. The silver rings were also unique and beautiful - I wanted them all!! For comparison, I spent last week scanning thousands of rings in Brimfield, yet this store’s collection stood out more to me than anything I saw at the fair. The women working the counter were so warm and welcoming. Many many beautiful pieces in the store that I wanted to take home! They do a wonderful job curating their finds. I would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful home or jewelry item. I’m so happy to have discovered this place! I will be back.

Beware of leaving valuables for consignment under the new owner Matt. . In contrast (his staff provide excellent customer service and engender trust) . After dropping off many heirloom jewlery items for his review, (with a request left to call me before I placed anything on consignment) he never called me. Over 3 wks I left repeated messages. Frustrated, I went in to reclaim my items and LEARNED THEY WERE MISSING FROM The SAFE! Staff tracked him down- he had TAKEN my jewlery out of the store to another location - his store in Brockton- to presumably do “pricing“. What if my jewelry was stolen while in his unauthorized personal possession? Completely irresponsible actor! Consigners beware. If his fine staff hadn’t saved the day, I would have filed a police report over my missing jewlery. When confronted he angrily took no responsibility. Consigners please note: items onconsignment are not insured.)

Have consigned many items over the past 4 years which has been very helpful-they are fair and honest! On the other hand, if I ever had the space, there are a lot of cool things I'd be interested in purchasing. Most importantly, the ladies who work there are a delight to deal with. The owner is cool as well. Great place!

Went for the first time now that there is a new owner, did not find it to be the friendly inviting store it was under the former owner. I and my fellow shopper were made to feel like we were an inconvenience .. I have no plans to return.

While they have nice stuff and if you get them at the lowest price it's a good deal, the owner is very obnoxious. Besides never saying hello when I've gone in there, I've heard how she treats people when they bring in items that she doesn't want to consign. Brutal. How hard is it to say "no thank you" or "i don't think I can sell it, sorry" instead of something condescending about the item? Anyway, not sure if I'll be back there.

I recently sold a well-furnished home and decided to consign many items at Fiddleheads at the recommendations of the stager associated with the sale. I sent photos of all of the items that I was hoping to consign and arranged to have a mover take all of the items to the shop in Canton. My experience was mediocre at best. I had delivered a lovely dining table with six parsons chairs, two of which had custom covers. I had made it clear that the chairs were to be sold with the table, however, the chairs were sold separately without my knowledge, not to mention at a ridiculously low price. When my contract was due to terminate, I was told that I could pick up my items. I had had a tentative buyer for the dining table and when I called to let them know I was coming to retrieve my items, Fran became very upset with me as the tentative buyer had told them that "she had bought the table" which at that point it was only tentative. Fran's response to me escalated and she eventually hung up on me, but I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt thinking that the call had dropped. I called back and she refused to take my call. In addition, a floor lamp that was delivered and showed in my account that it was still available. When I was unable to find the lamp, it appeared that Fran did not believe that the lamp was delivered and insisted more than once that "She did not recall seeing it." I had seen it on the floor the last time I had stopped in to retrieve a side board. And to make matters worse, one of the lovely Boston Interiors lamps that I delivered for consignment was returned to me with a different shade, one of which is too large for the lamp. It should be noted, that Jeannine did reach out to me and resolved the issue on the floor lamp and credited my account. However, I did send them photos of the lamp as it looked when it was delivered with the photo of the lamp that I picked up, and Fran responded that the lamp was delivered with the correct shade, which is not true. I would not recommend this shop for consignment. They do not market their products well, and if you question anything, you are met with disdain and disrespect. Lessons learned! I do better selling things on my own through various outlets and feel that the lack of professional courtesy is lacking. Jeannine is extremely professional and I hope that further training will be completed with her staff!

Hands down the best consignment store I’ve visited. We bought tons of Tiffany & Waterford crystal glassware in great condition and unbeatable price. Rachael is amazingly patient, careful, and helpful. We left a little crystal turtle behind, but Rachael is in touch with us even at after business hours. Overall, a super happy experience!
