I can't remember the notary's name but she is a customer service Rockstar! She was so helpful with an issue and emailed to follow up with me. I tell all small businesses to go with Harborone. You cannot go wrong. When you look at the fees from other "local" banks and their service charges, you would be a fool not to go to Harborone. Ever since they were Brockton Credit Union they have just been the best bank ever!

Went in to cash in 20 lbs of coins and the machine sign said something like "unable to provide service". Called to see when it would be fixed and was told the sign was there because it was 15 minutes before closing. I was there 30 minutes before closing. Representative back pedaled and said it must be out of order without asking anyone for sure. Felt like he was giving me the run around.

I can not say enough good things about Harbor one. I have been a member for more than 20yrs and have always had a great experience. Whether it was customer service, dealing with tellers, getting a loan, wiring or transferring money to simply just making a deposit Harbor One's staff has always been helpful and friendly. On a number of occasions they have gone above and beyond for me and saved the day. Their management is always available and I love their app and it's simplicity of online banking with them now. I never want to nor have I ever joined another bank as I am certain I will not be as satisfied anywhere else.

Staff is awesome!! Everyone is so helpful and thorough when explaining accounts/programs. I have been banking here for 5 years and never once had a band experience.
