“The tellers are very nice to talk with, and they remember you (if youre nice OR mean 1 star reviewers) ive asked simple questions to the tellers and gotten answers or theyve called someone over to answer it (i even asked basic math questions at one point) setting up an account was great the woman i set it up with was quick and smart. I went away on business before my atm card showed up and because i hadnt activated it she called me herself to make sure everything was okay. She walked me through setting up the app too. Good branch”

Insurance re-inspector Scott Cambray from Quincy Mutual helped troubleshoot and resolve this difficult issue. He's very kind, professional, and truly cares--he's a pleasure to work with. He was very communicative and responsive, and took the headache out of this stressful process. We were very happy with how it was resolved and our car is in tip-top shape again. Scott Cambray is top notch--I'll for sure continue with Quincy Mutual insurance and would specifically contact Scott in the future for his tremendous help.”
