I mailed a package on December 30th and it never got there. The man that works there is of no help. He just keeps giving me the run around. I have been using them for years and this kind of treatment is unexcusable.

We have used this facility on numerous times. On 12/29/22 we once again put our package in their hands and they put a UPS label on it but according to UPS they never received the package. So the package that the postal center received never left with UPS and is still lost. They have done absolutely nothing to try and locate our package. They ignore our requests for help even though they were the only ones to touch our valuable package of gifts. I suggest you do not use their services If you value your package or letter .No support what so ever.

They are always so amazing, so patient, kind and just amazing humans! We ship a lot of stuff with our business & we choose to support them over any UPS location including the one in Canton there absolutely horrible - they referred us to the postal center and we've never gone anywhere else!

The old hag behind the desk tried telling me that I printed my labels too small and because of which she has to enter the tracking by hand (which she made seem like a giant inconvenience) but I knew she was wrong. Told her I didn't feel comfortable dropping my packages off there and kept is pushing across the street to Shaws. Unsurprisingly Shaws scanned the labels in just fine with no issue, the lady clearly has no idea what she's talking about or maybe needs a new scanner that isn't broken. Additionally I couldn't help but notice peoples packages/drop offs filling the entire main lobby unsecured where people enter. Anyone could just walk in grab one and walk right out. If you need UPS or Fedex drop off just go across the street.

They print pdfs you just email it to them. They also make copies. The guy was nice and fast.

Great customer service. I have brought several large, awkward packages here and they have always been very happy to take them for me. Much better than the UPS store across the street.
