The delivery window is 11-3 and they emailed me to tell me they will call an hour ahead.I waited until 2:30 nobody called. I waited until 3 and email them they told me to wait until 3:30.I wait to 3:30 and called them they say another 30mins.They finally made it after 4pm. I feel so bad.

I am not too sure if the company trains workers or not but why do workers eat while talking to a customer on the phone and constantly cut you off when you are talking? Shameek is the worker. I may have spelled the name wrong I am not sure. Maybe offer breaks so they can eat off of the phone?

I have had multiple items delivered from this company. The customer service is terrible, service is terrible, and they don't even deserve one star. I will never use this company going forward. It is their way or highway and has no flexibility.
