I have been a customer of this pharmacy since the first day they opened. It is truly a remarkable pharmacy. Everyone there are expert in their position and unbelievably courteous.

The pharmacy is very good but today we had an odd experience. We, my husband and I registered on line for 2 vaccinations, shingles and RSV, for 1pm and 1:15pm. The pharmacist did not warn us that she would be 30 min late. So we asked what was the point of filling out the on line forms but she said it was the “process”. We got no documentation of what vaccine was give to us, not even a look at the vaccine vial. Hope Ms Lauren Carragan gave us the correct vaccine!

The pharmacy staff in Canton have been invariably friendly to me. This pharmacy also usually has among the lowest Rx prices (esp. w/GoodRx coupons) compared with other area pharmacies.

I can't believe that the Canton Shaws no longer offers any olives (other than the ones in the jar). I asked a clerk and he told me that they have removed the olive/cheese bar. Not a real problem except now there is nowhere in the store to buy real olives. If the food bar was the issue, then why not prepackage pints of olives and sell them in the cheese section. I wondered what the sign "Grand ReOpening" meant, and now I know. Ridiculous! Guess I have to now shop at Wegmans/Big Y .p.s Yes, I did buy a jar of the Greek Olives and, guess what: they are terrible!

So, Shaws responds telling me to go to their contact page to discuss. No way to contact other than a robo message that keeps asking me to restate my request. This is what I tried to state Dirty store, no wifi access so couldn't get just for u coupons. Freezer burn, AGAIN on expensive nicks ice cream. Very limited stock of sale items on day sale starts! Bloody meat shelves! Should I go on?

Staff that cares. The people working here define the word "caring" to me. Not only, were they kind, professional, and fast during my experience at this location, but they personally called to see how I was fairing the next day and provided kind words of affirmation. I think OSCO pharmacy should look to these modern-day heroes as model examples for their employees. They are definitions of what giving back to their communities look like and I am so grateful that I came to them for my medical needs this past weekend.

The store was dirt, overcrowded, understaffed and shelves were not well stocked. It was a miserable shopping experience. Also the self checkout scanner kept erroring out. Where is Whole Foods when you need them?

I just called after leaving something in the store accidentally the day prior. The woman who answered cut me off more than once and was incredibly rude. Clearly a sad individual with no idea how customer service works.
