Review is just for the Canton, MA store.
75% of the time, items don't seem to ring up at the correct or marked price. How many people don't even notice this and walk out without getting the marked deal?? We've gone back in plenty of times to get pricing corrected and money back.
I've never had to return anything due to lack of freshness.
Employees for the most part seem to be pleasant. Store is clean.
Prices high in this area - Boston metro. Stick to just the items on sale and go elsewhere for non sale items.

Have not like this Shaws for ever. The staff ,cleanliness of store. Produce goes bad quickly. Very pricey over other stores. For what I don’t know. Pass

I’ve been going here lately because stop and shop has gone down hill. There prices are to high and there meats are bad. This place had good meats and things I need. I can be in and out and it’s clean.

I went to get change for a $100 at the customer services desk, a white guy with black hair called me up, & I told him what I needed. He said I needed to buy a scratch ticket for $1, I did. I assumed he’d take the $1, out of the $100 so he asked if I had the $1, I told him he couldn’t just take it out of the $100 bill? He said no, I said I can pay with it through card, he said he can’t do that.. alright, so take the money out of the $100?! like what are we doing here? He then hands me back $99, like what was that point of that?! these people are slow & stuck!

Their produce is terrible quality for the top retail prices they charge. After several visits, the fruit and vegetables quality and selection have left much to be desired. The markets in surrounding towns have superior quality, better variety, and comparable prices.

Check your receipt, the item was charged more than it says on the price tag, I had to go to customer service and the girl just gave me the difference. They don’t honor the State price accuracy law
