Card reader stopped working after I entered my pin so I had to go in to pay and to make sure my card was cleared off that pump and found later I was charged $100 pre-authorization (usually $1…) so definitely going to avoid this location…. what a pain

This particular Shell is just ridiculous. I always try to fill up at a Shell if I can, but I've had it with this location. Something is always happening that the pump or the card reader doesn't work properly. Once a very nice clerk calmed me down and turned on the pump manually for me even though it's supposed to work with the card reader, today I tried 3 pumps, 2 of them went offline after reading the card, 1 never turned on after reading the card. Ended up going to Mobil, but I'm done with this location

Clerks are friendly and polite, restroom is available for customers, and kept clean and inviting. Prices on gas are slightly higher than blue hill express next door, but at least you know what you're getting with name brand!

Begged the employee, with tears in my eyes, to let me use the bathroom before I made my purchase and he rudely refused. Horrible service. Will not be spending my money here, ever.
